Obsessed!
AMAZING! I have been using SLAM since August and I’m obsessed! Love the work outs. The programs. I am not new to working out and I have learned more than I ever did in a gym or even with a trainer.

I love this program and app so much! I have tried a ton of different online programs, and use to do CrossFit. This is hands down the best program, especially if you have ever had a baby. So many trainers out there claim to know how to work with women, and even postpartum women, and they really don’t….Ashley gets it. She knows where our vulnerabilities are and how to address them in an effective and progressive way. I can’t stand it when a trainer says that their program can be adapted/modified for postpartum, when it clearly can’t because it doesn’t include the foundation you need to build your body back up. Highly recommended this whether you are freshly postpartum or had a baby 30 years again and still struggle with your core/balance. Love this.

So much variety with this app!
One of the best workout apps I have used. Multiple workouts to choose from. I love the option of the quicker workouts when you’re short on time. The education on breath work and your pelvic floor alone give this app a 5 star review. Definitely seeing gains in a short amount of time. You can tell Ashley and her team love what they do and care about getting moms back on their feet!

I love the different options, different types of exercise and time commitment. Most of all I love Ashley’s attitude and words of encouragement and the focus on the female.

Loving it
This app is great. There are so many different workouts you can access based on your needs. The videos are well made and easy to follow along. Minimal equipment needed and workouts are short enough to fit into a busy day.
The BEST
This app is amazing and each upgrade keeps getting better. From someone who did the program when it was website based I can’t get over the improvement on the app. She also really listens when you suggest improvements or changes.
And as far as the program goes. My core is so much stronger/healed, pelvic floor feels great and I generally look forward to working out with Ashley. 10000/10

App is awesome
Love the app! It’s very intuitive and I love the replay of the moves so I can make sure I’m doing them right! Love that there is a warm up and cool down stretch afterwards. Also I love that every workout is different so I don’t get bored.
The best app for women
SLAM has literally saved me. I struggled with rib flare and didn’t know what it was until Ashley and this app. THE best app out there. Easy to use. So informative. Enjoyable and helping us get as strong as we can possibly get!!
Not just about the muscle gains
Great at home workouts for anyone! My husband has done a few too. And the best part is how encouraging Ashley is! Throw out the scale and measure your accomplishments by how much you will progress physically and mentally with get mom strong.
