This app has so many options for workouts, it’s organized in such an easy way to navigate your way from postpartum to a more experienced workout. It’s great to track how far you’ve come and see you GAINS!

Slam mum UK and slam fan for years

Oh my gosh ! Ashley is the gift that keeps giving. Followed her for nearly 5 years now. Her programs are so good. I’m a PT myself but not post natal trained or DR. The addition of the app has been a game changer. I talk about SLAM to everyone ! It’s not just the moves it’s the way they’re laid out. It’s the motivation. It’s Ashley !

Amazing results - no more pain!

The difference between my first and second pregnancy I put down to this app. I am feeling so much stronger and more stable - amazingly, no hip pain even walking 25k steps a day on holiday at 27 weeks!

It’s amazing to just get to the gym (or home workout space) and have a program to get done that’s fun and that works. No more time wasted.

The postpartum core stuff and the SLAM programming is also great!

The only program moms need!

I LOVE LOVE this app and Ashley’s SLAM program! I found her on IG several years ago and was drawn by her personality and transparency on a platform where it is easy present only what you want people to see. She is genuine, encouraging and fun and doesn’t make content based on societal expectations of perfection. Her programs are so well thought out and you have access to SO MUCH content (workouts, health tips, nutrition info, recipes, etc.) for a very reasonable price. I have been subscriber for several years and have completed her pregnancy and postpartum programs and have loved all of them. Ashley is so passionate about what she does and she works so hard to put together content for every mom at any stage. It has been easy me to choose which program to complete based on where I am/have been in my pregnancy and postpartum journey. She is always working to add new content and programs to her app so there is always something new to look forward to. This is by far my favorite workout app/content and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

THE BEST- From a c-sec mom, postpartum marathon runner, and now pregnant (again) person!

I found Ashely’s program halfway through my first pregnancy and it supported every aspect of my final pregnant months and delivery. I ended up having an emergency c-section and the nurses joked that they kept forgetting I was a c-sec mom because of how quickly I was mobile and recovering. Totally credit that to the breathing and movement exercises from the app. I went to a pelvic floor therapist postpartum who was ALSO familiar with the program and gave her professional recommendation! A year later I trained for my first marathon, leak and pelvic pain free, with only SLAM as the strength training. I found it made me an even stronger runner than pre-pregnancy.
Now pregnant with my second, I can’t believe how much better I feel in my own body thanks to the resource I have through the SLAM app. The yoga/challenges are perfect for days I can’t get a full workout in. The SLAM Pregnancy program is AN ACTUAL WORKOUT that pushes me and prepares me for birth. I tell everyone how important this app is!!!! The price is honestly a steal for everything you get out of it.

If you have a pelvic floor this program is for you!

This program is life changing. A huge range of options for all levels and all people. Pre-partum, pregnancy, post-partum, no plans to partake in partums at all. An amazingly positive community. Promoting strong bodies. No toxic diet culture here. If you want to feel confident, empowered and strong, this program/app is for you!

Best fitness app EVER

I’ve been working out since I was a teenager - sports, weights, running half marathons - but I’ve also been injuring my back since I was a teenager. Then add three babies and wow, I was a mess. I was desperate for help and even had a consultation with a surgeon for my back, only to find out that surgery is not an option. I was devastated. Then I found SLAM and tried it out when she was running a free 30 days promotion. Then I paid for a few more months…now I’m on a yearly subscription and I’ve been doing it for three years. She taught me how to care for my pelvic floor, lift properly, engage my core, etc and I went from not being able to lift my two year old to, two years later, carrying her around Disneyworld without a worry. My fourth pregnancy was better than the previous two because I continued with the pregnancy program, and now I’m working through it again from the beginning. I plan to keep using this program for the rest of my life. It’s the best time and money I’ve ever invested in my health.

Fast labour

I honestly think that doing the slam pregnancy workout for all 40 weeks helped baby to be in the right position and help with a fast labour ( only made it to the hospital foyer and she was born!) I love the workouts because I’m keeping my pelvic floor safe (and healing it) and I’m also getting an insane workout. Just started the bridge program now that baby is a few months old and my legs are screaming -in a good way! Ashley is amazing, hilarious and full of knowledge. I love that this app is FULL of health information and workouts instead of fad diets and get thin quick gimmicks.

Best postnatal home workout program

This is by far the best home workout program ever. Ashley is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and caring in every single aspect of her programming from core basics right up to the super tough Advanced workouts. I love the app and the whole SLAM community so much!

Keeps getting better

I’ve been doing SLAM for about two years, starting with the web-only version. Then came the first version of the app, which was so convenient and full of great, new features. The newest version of the app is even better and best of all, the feedback I’ve left after workouts have been directly implemented and added to this new version! I love that the community can influence the app and the program. Regarding the workouts themselves, they’re challenging, fun, and impactful (I used to do a Crossfit-type workout and this is just as good, if not better). I had a prolapse after my first and did SLAM all through PP and through pregnancy with my second. My prolapse and DR are non-existant this time around and I feel so strong. I credit it all to Ashley and SLAM!
