So So Good!!
I’ve been using the SLAM program for over two years and it is amazing! I’ve healed my prolapse symptoms and strengthened my core so much! Ashley is a fantastic trainer and this app just made SLAM so much easier to do. I can tell how much work has gone into the app and it is so so good! The timer set up for interval training alone is life changing AND it doesn’t pause my music anymore. My workout this morning on the app went so smoothly, I don’t know how we’ve lived without the app for so long! Seriously if you haven’t tried SLAM yet, now is your time!

Yay!!!
I’ve been waiting for this app!!! I’ve been following Ashley on Instagram and signed up for her program to help with body changes after having babies (you know, having to cross your legs when you sneeze, or cough, or laugh too hard 😳, all the things.) and her techniques are different from just “do keegles” but she teaches you how to breathe and actually exercize your pelvic floor muscle to stop unwanted things from happening!! The app is going to be so much more user friendly than the website so I’m just so happy it’s finally out!!!!🤩 THANK YOU!!!

You won’t find a better workout program value
I’ve been a long time customer of Getmomstrong and Ashley’s newly released app is awesome. Her program has something for everybody and it’s all included with the subscription. My favorite part of her program is just that she has so much content. You will not run out of workouts to do and you won’t be bored. She puts so much into her programs and it shows. This app is worth the $$ if you like to workout at home and be challenged.

Everything you could want in a workout app
This app is new but the function and layout is sleek!!! Usually new to the App Store apps are basic and clunky. Not this one, it’s smooth like butter. Some of the many wonderful features are:
An explore tab with tutorials on how to use features.
A grocery shopping guide.
A filter guide for recipes to accommodate food preferences.
A nutrition guide that doesn’t count calories or macros, but focuses on feeding and fueling your body.
A calendar that marks when and what workout you did.
Health tips.
A pelvic floor therapist finder.
Great pictures of people of all sizes and graphics and great use of color that makes everything cohesive and eye pleasing.
Testimonials from other people using the workout program.
A program creator that is responsive to feedback and easy to reach on her Instagram handle as well as great customer service response time via email.

Best decision ever!
I bought a SLAM subscription at the start of pregnancy #2. I knew I wanted to stay active and continue to strength train during the pregnancy, but I had no clue where to begin. This program hit the mark. More than just workouts, Ashley provides education, nutrition, and an entire community full of people looking to be strong and healthy. I followed SLAM pregnancy through 41 weeks and had a quick delivery and an excellent, quick recovery. Beyond pregnancy, SLAM supports the 4th trimester and provides a bridge to whatever your fitness and health goals may be. The app is awesome, easy to use, and it’s obvious Ashley has thought of every detail. I whole heartedly recommend this program to anyone willing to do the work now to guarantee a strong and capable future!

Truly, a game-changing program
I’ve been doing the Get Mom Strong programs for about two years using the website, and it has truly changed my life. (Stronger than ever, healed post-partum body stuff, and helped refocus my mindset on health.) Then I got the chance to test out the app while in development and WOW. It elevates the workout experience x100. The quality of the workout/instruction were already exceptional; the app experience makes it even better. The attention to detail is exquisite and Ashley, the founder of the program, is so supportive. She helps anyone with a pelvic floor (moms in particular, but also anyone can use this!) get stronger, reframe their relationship with food and the scale, and so much more. Cannot recommend enough.
