I’ve been doing SLAM about five months now. I used to do CrossFit before I had my first child, who is now 6.5. Had to give up CF due to some serious pain/alignment problems during pregnancy and I never got back to it. Fast forward a few years and I’ve had two more kids. My youngest is almost 3. I’m a physical therapist myself, and I realized several months ago that this body wasn’t going to magically whip itself back into shape, so I had to do something about it. I’d been following Ashley on IG for a while and could tell she knows what she’s talking about. I took the leap and signed up for the annual membership, and I have NOT been disappointed. I’ve completed SLAM basics, SLAM Bridge, and I’m 50% through SLAM 30. The workouts are wonderfully varied, and with the rest days built in, it feels so very doable. Many of the workouts have a “CrossFit feel” with AMRAP’s or EMOM’s, which I personally really enjoy, but it’s all so manageable. She gives excellent tips throughout the entire workout, especially on breathing because it is SOOOO important to recovery after a baby. I’ve even gotten my husband to join me doing these workouts, and he has realized it’s not just easy comfy workouts. These will give you a good burn and a good sweat! I’m just diving in to the whole app and checking out the recipes and stuff, but so far, I love everything I see here! Thanks Ashley for making me actually LOVE exercise again!

This is THE workout program if you love intensity with core sensitivity! Mom’s for sure, but SLAM is for everyone! I’ve completed several of these programs and love them all! As a former athlete who was DESTROYED by two c-sections for two giant babies in my thirties, I never felt “put back together” and SLAM helped me regain pelvic stability and core strength. I just finished SLAM30 to feel fully prepared for a complete hysterectomy in a week, and I’m so happy to know that Core Basics will be waiting for me as I restart for the third (and final) time.

Best mom workout program!
I felt so wrecked physically after my first child that I had given up hope of ever feeling good in my body again. Then I stumbled across this program and decided to give it a try out of desperation. Best decision ever! I feel strong and confident in my body again and feel balanced in my relationship with myself. I cannot say enough good things about this program, do it! Ashley is an incredibly kind and relatable fitness educator who is inspiring women with knowledge that is sadly missing in our prenatal and postpartum healthcare system.

By far the best workout program!!
I’ve been a member of this program for 3 years now and had a few babies along the way. It’s the only program that I can use during whatever phase my body is in (post partum, pregnant, not pregnant, tired 😜). I’m EXTREMELY inconsistent, but even so I have found my subscription SO worth it just for whatever amount of a workout I can get in. Each workout is challenging but doable so I don’t quit, and I can do it confidently knowing it’s safe and healing for my pelvic floor, core etc, while also making my whole body STRONG like a mother. Plus the community is amazing ❤️❤️ like I said- by far the best workout program ever!

Uplifting and empowering!
Love this programme so much and the authenticity Ashley brings! Makes working out so much easier with easy to follow workouts and so great to track my progress. Feeling so strong and am seeing the difference with my diastasis recti and general posture improvement, my aches and pains have improved as a result and I’ve never felt better!

Game Changer
Ashley’s program has been a game changer for an anti-work out person like me since day one. Since starting her program 2 years ago I’ve worked out consistently through that whole 2 years including through pregnancy. The app makes this amazing program even better. I just started using it a few days ago, so I don’t even know that I’ve even found all the features, but so far the features I have found are 🙌🏻🙌🏻 Ashley and her team did an amazing job!

Helped me fall in love with exercising
This program has not only helped me fall in love with exercising but also shifted my mindset about my body, nutrition, and exercising. I now longer find things I dislike about my body, but have started to appreciate my body and all the things that it has done and continues to do. I no longer try to restrict myself when it comes to food or am trying to lose weight. Actually I have no idea how much I weigh and haven’t weighed myself in over a year. I am not a cardio person and so finding at home workout programs that I enjoyed and didn’t dread doing was hard. Then I found SLAM and realized I LOVE lifting weights and feeling strong. This is more than a workout program it has truly changed my life and helped my mental health tremendously and helps me be a better mom, and realize I am strong like a mother!

Phenomenal
I’ve been following Ashley on Instagram for probably 2 years and have been doing her programs for about 18 months. Shortly after starting the Core Basics program though, I suffered a massive herniated disc (COMPLETELY unrelated. I had dealt with nagging back problems for years and my third pregnancy had pushed things over the edge). After surgery and lots of PT, I told my physical therapist that I was considering going back to Ashley’s program. She immediately gave me two big thumbs up and said that it was a great choice. She was right!! This program is so well-researched, so perfectly structured. I love knowing that as long as I listen to my body and follow Ashley’s cues, I am in safe hands. I am so much stronger than I was even before my third pregnancy and I know I will continue to make gains. I helped my dad move furniture recently and he was shocked at how easily I moved things. It was pretty stinkin’ awesome. 💪🏻
Also, her perspective on nutrition is incredibly refreshing. I’m especially excited about that section of the app! There are so many recipes that I’m excited to try. Being encouraged to fuel my body and treat myself with kindness is exactly what I need. 💖

Best program ever!
I’ve been doing SLAM on and off (curse my inconsistent nature) for about 2 years now and even with my inconsistency it’s the first strength training I’ve ever enjoyed or done with any regularity. I even got my inconsistent self to be consistent with it for the most part during this last year dispute being pregnant and moving and having a baby. My birth was so much easier than my other 2 and my postpartum recovery went so much better too! I feel stronger than most my life and love it!!! This program is amazing and I absolutely love Ashley for everything her training has done for me!

This program saved my back
I’ve been doing this program for over a year now (my kids are 3 and 6). I started with the bridge program, and then decided to do bridge again but with higher weights and fewer rest days. Now I’m about 25% through slam30. Before this program I was constantly throwing out my back because I never knew how to utilize (and strengthen) my core properly, particularly after having kids. Since starting this program I haven’t thrown out my back once. I’m stronger, leaner (that part is still a work in progress) and just feel better overall. The app is amazing, but I also know that if there are any issues that arise, Ashley and her team are very open to feedback and will fix any bugs asap!
