I along with most of the Australian community hate this new system. You gave us no choice. Now it’s impossible to make a simple phone call without either being online for eons or called back by someone in India half the time. You are cutting people of from human contact. We are no longer able to make a simple call. It’s disgusting. I am also very upset that the information is often incorrect and it very difficult if at all to get it corrected. Confusing
This is confusing. I am getting appointments booked at the same time as different departments can’t see that I already have appointments. It is not easy to read. I have been trying to search for appointment times and get lost.
I also find it is NOT patient centred as I get random messages rescheduling my appointments without my consent.

As an information systems professional with many years of UI/UX experience I have no hesitation in giving this App 5/5 for usability, persistence, and overall data experience.
Easy to navigate
The app is reliable and very easy to navigate. Results are seen quickly and comparisons can be read. I think it is a great service. I use it for pathology mainly.
DHR review
I love the app as I can read my results before or at the same time as the Dr. This means I sometimes don’t need to get another Dr. appointment as it’s not required. Also great if you can’t remember your medications. However in saying that you need to make sure the meds are kept up to date as the list doesn’t ammend if you don’t ask for it to be.
