Confusing
This is confusing. I am getting appointments booked at the same time as different departments can’t see that I already have appointments. It is not easy to read. I have been trying to search for appointment times and get lost.
I also find it is NOT patient centred as I get random messages rescheduling my appointments without my consent.Show lesssjd87654322

Easy to navigate
The app is reliable and very easy to navigate. Results are seen quickly and comparisons can be read. I think it is a great service. I use it for pathology mainly.Bestboy77
DHR review
I love the app as I can read my results before or at the same time as the Dr. This means I sometimes don’t need to get another Dr. appointment as it’s not required. Also great if you can’t remember your medications. However in saying that you need to make sure the meds are kept up to date as the list doesn’t ammend if you don’t ask for it to be.Show lesschezzbobezza
The good and the bad
While I love my very quick access to test results I am still very frustrated trying to provide this information to my GP who has primary responsibility for my every day care. For example today I had a series of blood tests at the hospital pre admission clinic. The surgical team will consider the results as the results results relate to my forthcoming surgery. However my GP would be considering changes over time and in light of my overall health. This can be frustrating.Show lessLavengro
Great app
Love this app so much as someone with multiple ACT Health specialists - love that I can readily access my test results, appointments and letters in one app. It has improved the way I’m able to coordinate my health care. Thank you!DebHarts
Third party pathology
Is it possible to have third party pathology reports appear in My DHR, those not from ACT Health (Capital Pathology, Lavery, etc)? Would be very useful to have all pathology results in one place. Thanks.Bella7920
