  • Absolutely excellent health care app!!

This app keeps all my relevant health related records on an easy to access platform. From blood results to upcoming appointments to doctor referrals & current medications.

No longer to you to keep around endless amounts of paperwork or appointment cards etc, this awesome does it all!
  • MyDHR - a big help with medical appointments

MyDHR commenced when I was partway through my treatment. At first, the back end system used by staff was a big change and was apparently hard to use. It also generated way too many texts, emails and alerts.
However, now MyDHR seems to be working very well and staff seem to be using it effectively.

On My DHR I can see past and future appointments and with one click add them to Apple Calendar. (Adding to Google calendar is manual.)
I can see test results and reports.
The Add to Calendar feature is ideal because the calendar alerts me.

Today I completed an MRI questionnaire in the app rather than printing a form, filling it out and somehow returning it to the hospital. That is a timesaver.

  • Good but could be improved

Needs to allow pre filling of data so that when a new service started you don’t have to answer all the same questions again.
  • Fantastic.

The DHR App is easy to use and understand, it has all the information and results in the one place. It syncs your appointments to your calendar seamlessly.

The text messages that you also receive when a new result or note is left in the app is very handy also.

    I rate this app 10/10
  • Results at your fingertips

I love MyDHR. It’s easy to use. All my appointments and reminders right there on my phone. Most of all, you get to see all your test results. I wish that GP’s would use the data base.
  • So hard

Hi I’m just writting to let you know how hard this site is to use, it appears you are only catering for the very well educated computer users, I was not even aware of this app until I received a message and there were appointments on there to Belconnon hospital pain management clinic which I stopped attending over a year ago, so anyone accessing my info, would be of the opinion I was missing appointments, when in fact I changed doctors and went to a private pain management clinic, a real clinic, as the one I was attending is simply a drug rehabilitation unit, no interest at all in your condition or disabilities, I was made to feel in group sessions that I was part of the act street drug takers heroin etc, not an injured and partially incapacitated person, you need to make this site user friendly to those over I’d say 35 years of age, not only frustrating to use, but had me having panic attacks, exsposed on a site, with incorrect information on a clinic I did not attend
    Thanks jo

  • Poorly developed application

This is a dog’s breakfast of an application. I bet the internal system is poorly architected and poorly developed. It doesn’t leave much confidence that my personal records will be safe. The user experience is completely broken. I’ve tried 3x’s to sign up and still painfully haven’t been able to sign up.

I wonder how many millions of dollars was spent on this piece of junk.

  • Overkill on the emails.

I opened my laptop today and I had 5 emails from MDHR.
I understand that support is important for many people, maybe even me at times, but when you are not feeling well the last thing you want to do is answer emails!
  • Immediate access to Tests

This app works well for patients, when the information entered is correct. The best part is that blood test results are available within 24 hours and are outlined in detail with comparisons to normal for each marker. Very impressive.
  • Great and highly recommend:)

Great to use but some things don’t load like discharge summary charts. However I think this is a fantastic app and will revolutionise medical care in Canberra!:)
