It was amazing at first then I updated it and it got worse and now it is the worst. I LIVE IN IRAN AND VPN IS THE ONLY WAY TO COMMUNICATE WITH PEOPLE OVERSEASmandana1996
Premium Failure
I bought 1 year subscribtion. But due to some problems of connection I forced to remove and install the application 4 or 5 times .
Unfortunately restore purchase doe not work although see the congratulations message that you are premium user now !! . In device management I can’t see any registered device that enable you to remove any device.
Now I have paid annually for premium subscription, and because of several times uninstall and install the app my premium access is gone and all happened on only one phone ( my iphone).
I asked support by ticketing but there is no any answer till yet .
Biubiu needs improvement and enhancement in purchase process , therefore I strongly do not recommend in-app purchase .Show lessDeuxville

Why my premium account not work?
So interesting
I bought subscription for one year
2 things happened :
1- cannot activate on my second device it said user doesn't exist
2-on my main device also it happened same after 5 minutes and said user doesn't exist
I uninstalled app and installed again and restore purchase but same again said user doesn't exist
I am so angry
Why this must happen?
How can solve it also if it doesn't work how can i get my money back?Show lessPetrowear

If I'm not wrong, you may be in a special country. If this problem occurs again, you can solve it by restarting. Our next version will continue to solve the problems caused by some special countries.
