90% of the time the sauna will not start off
If the scheduled time. Set it to start so that it is ready when I return from the gym, only to find it hasn’t started. You would think Sunlighten would get there act together and solve these issues, after seeing all the problems from the review. Starting to really regret this purchase

So disappointed
I love my sauna but the APP does not work. Entered a schedule for this morning to have it ready by 7am and it did not turn on.
This is a major flaw for this company. I should be able to use the app to turn on and schedule my sauna at anytime from anywhere especially when I am not home.
Please fix this MAJOR flaw.

Absolute garbage
$8k for a sauna that has remote start via an app. Oh wait..the app NEVER connects unless you are physically near the sauna. Complete garbage. I walk over to the actual sauna to start it. I finally deleted the app since it just took up space on my phone. Sunlighten, get your ish together. In a day and age when ChatGPT can plan my entire vacation for free, why can’t you get YOUR app to connect to YOUR product? Do yourself a favor, save $5k and get the base model sauna instead of the “higher end” model that literally never works. Beyond frustrating…

Good to have the App, BUT unstable
It is good to have an app, but I find that it is erratic connecting to the Sauna. I am within range, and sometimes standing next to the Sauna. Everything is on and working well incl WiFi. Often I set a timer for the sauna and I find it to work <50%. The sauna is on and active. The app doesn’t connect with the Sauna. I hope the next update will fix the connection issues.

Sunlighten Doesn't Care
When purchasing a $7k+ "premium" sauna like the mPulse, having an app that actually works is a very basic expectation. The app essentially only works if you go and turn the sauna on manually first previously. When contacting support, they acknowledge that they are aware of the issue and working on it. Several months later, it is abundantly clear that they are not working on it. It borders on false advertising for the things that you'll be able to manage with the app that don't really work.
When friends comment on my sauna and want to get their own, I encourage them to get a different manufacturer.

Incompetence
Sunlighten continues to completely FAIL in their ability to create an app that reliably connects to their core product. When one contacts customer service they fein ignorance to this being an ongoing issue. I’ve had problem after problem with my “premium” sauna. I would not recommend purchasing their brand as they do not deliver the value they charge.

Useless app
Instructions are often obscure or lacking. Can’t start or schedule through the app. Customer service said to use the color therapy lights it has to be turned on in the app to “show interior lights” under tablet settings. There isn’t a category for tablet settings. It isn’t in any setting on the app. Chat again with customer service who was unfriendly. I saved the chat and will share it with their management. For the money spent, they should be able to provide an app that does what they market and sell. Helpful customer service should be standard for this high-end product. Disappointed.

App interface always offline
What is the point of having an Apple App if you cannot connect to the sauna as it’s always offline?
Need to manually open the app on the google powered tablet every time, wake it up and then it can see my sauna….not good enough.

Repeated Issues Starting Sauna with App Remotely
This shouldn’t be complicated. Sauna is connected to home network. Even when my phone is connected to same home network, it’s 50/50 at best whether app will be able to access and start our sauna.
Please prioritize. We spent way too much on our sauna for the app to be this poor.

Complete Junk
The tablet and connectivity is absolute junk just like 90% of the reviews say. It should be so simple. I also love how the app only replies to the 5 star ratings and never address any of the concerns almost every user has. Mistake to have purchased this.
