The app is very slow processing

Each click taking long time to process .. it need to be faster .. when choosing anything it take a while to process and slowww to connect

This app is closing

Kindly fix the bug, when ever i search in food and select that restaurant the app closes itself plz fix the bug

Application Issues

Very poor application. It’s not the first time I spent couple minutes on adding to cart then system error accrued to return me to home page with empty cart, this application is wasting of time !!
They have problem with search bar, if you press the search bar you cart or view order goes empty!!

Delayed delivery by over 45 minutes

We had a birthday celebration in our office so ordered food and gave specific instructions to deliver by 11:30, however till 11:55 the Baladi driver had not reached the restaurant to pick up the food(I called the restaurant to check) and subsequently called Baladi help line and they stated the driver has just picked up and should be there any minute. Not knowing I had called the restaurant when I informed the lady she was flabbergasted and asked me to hang up and she would call back. Finally the food was delivered around 12:20. Some of our staff who had other commitments left and could not enjoy the meal and we wasted our money as there was lots of leftovers.

التوصيل بطيء

السلام عليكم و رحمه الله وبركاته
انا تعاملت معاكم ٣ مرات و كل مره الارصيل يتأخر
طلبت اليوم قبل اذان المغرب وووصل لي بعد اذان العشاء !!!!
و حالياً طلبت من مطعم و الطلب جاهز بس السواق الخاص في شركتكم ماوصل للمطعم !!!!
