Fraud Do not Use in UK

Wallet address never recognises tried contacting various emails but no luck my money gone to waste. You might use this to save a bit but you’ll lose rest 100%. Do not use in UK.

Could be better

I used to be able to snap a photo of the recipients address (barcode) instead of typing in the wallet address. Why was that removed??

Hacked and stolen funds

I’m not just a bot writing some pointless review. I was hacked out of $2000 on this app. I got no notification the hacker logged in and no notification the money was withdrawn until they finally put a hold on it after they got away with all my money. I’m now sitting in a que waiting to talk to customer support. At first I thought this app was just ok but knowing what I know now I would highly suggest to stay away. Please do not download I’m going out of my way to make sure my friends and family stay away.

Don’t get it

If you don’t live in the right region it won’t let you withdraw. This app will literally keep your currency that you put into it. The customer service for the company had no idea on answering questions. I would not get.

Scam

I bought crypto currency from this app and they refused to deposit into my wallet
I bought from them while using Trustwallet app
Got in touch with their agent and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and that I have to wait …waited till this moment and I’ve never got my coin back ….felt hurt and disappointed…transaction is still processing on the moonpay app till this day and I never got my money or crypto back …don’t trust them
Stay away from this App it’s a SCAM

AMAZING BUT THE FEE

I love everything about this app I got my bitcoin no payment delayed but please they should work on the fee the fee sometimes it’s heartbreaking to the extent I’m thinking of moving to ramp network.
You take fee on debit card also take fee to drop bitcoin to my wallet
Just work on fee and then everything on the app will be 10/10

Can't do anything.

Trying to make an account; just get error message "Can't read information in your document." & "An error occurred. Please try again." while trying to submit drivers license. Still can't get help. :(

Worst

By far the most expensive way to buy crypto I’ve come across. 75aud ended up with 55aud worth of solana. Outrageous. The fees quoted on the site don’t match what they actually end up charging total.
