Update: To MoonPaySupport, I have contacted you in the past (two years ago? I forget) about this issue. You claimed that you have no way of deleting my number from my old email address if I can’t access the email. Basically, I’m S.O.L.
This is bad for your business. IDK why you have it setup that way. Why can’t we just resubmit an ID?

I contacted support over a year ago and the problem still persists. My phone number is linked to an old account. An email that I no longer have access to. It will not let me proceed to create a new account, even though my main credentials pass. It’s ridiculous that they can’t wipe the old account. This is the reason why you get one star.

I recently fall into a big scam from a trading platform called International Brokers Market FMCC trading , Unfortunately for me, I invested 65,000 GBP worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 240,000 GBP within a couple of weeks. But i didn't realize i was dealing with a scam company, until i tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because i could not afford to let it go. So i tried all possible means to make sure i recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptocurrency, funds with the help of HighTechExpert01 @ gMail So i file a report and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds within 3hrs i feel indebted to him. I am a lil impressed and appreciative of this app..aside from the learning curve..it was pretty easy to update my card and do a transaction. not as annoying ans stressful as others. the bot already told me why things didnt go through initially..

Not user friendly, continuously took too long to verify and when I tried to redo it, it took my information and said I couldn’t try again because an account already has that information. No way to prove that information was mine to begin with.
