This was my first purchase of bitcoin using MoonPay, I made my purchase at 9:30 AM, and it too 9 hours before it was posted, to my wallet. I don’t understand why it took so long to post, I was working on a time schedule for a payment which was canceled and had to wait until I could make my payment , not sure if I am going to use MoonPay again, if every purchase is going to take this long.

I was scammed by Metamore group, got a message from a trader on my Instagram and told me about how high their profit after investing was, I decided to invest in the online trade but they kept asking for more money including withdrawal fee and it was until then I realized I was being scammed. This app do not work every time I go to buy crypto it asked to put in a phone number I put in my phone number and it tells me the phone number is already used. I cannot see how this company stay in business. Unbelievable I give it a -3 stars. And that’s being too nice.

I left it alone after I didn’t even open the app after a week , I check back & I had $130….
Was easy to learn, learned fast when I wanted to covert , sell, or buy crypto
It has been very difficult to find someone to assist you if you have questions. They send you instructions even though you have explained to them that you are unable to complete it the instructions
