Almost perfect.

This app really is life-changing. It has nearly cured my gluteal tendinopathy in two months, well worth the subscription fee.
However, I have a suggestion that would make it better:
I am doing the exercises at home, where I don’t have room to store a stability ball, or anywhere to attach a band for the pallof press. It would be nice to be able to swap out an exercise for something I can actually do. I try to adapt but I will have to just do some sort of plank today since I don’t have a ball for ball curls. Frustrating, but at least I’m at a stage where my injury is much better and I feel confident about swapping my exercises if need be.

Would like to cancel

I would like to cancel , the work outs are not working for me. The counting is off in later work outs and it’s annoying.

Hands down the best rehab

I’m not a runner One day I decided to run faster on the treadmill and do plyometrics with lots of jumping. After a week of exercises, i developed right glute pain that prevented me from doing normal activities such as walking or just sitting. The doctors said it’s a radiated pain from the muscle spasms in my back and gave me stretches that just sent me in flames! It was just overwhelming to be in pain and to add to the pain. Until one day i stumbled upon the app from a youtube video. The app explains the root cause of gluteal tendinopathy , the symptoms, what not to do, the first exercises to just settle the pain and so much more that 10 sessions at a normal PT failed to explain or achieve. My body feels stronger, even though i haven’t reached the final stages of rehab. I’m recommending the app to all my friends (even though they are not runners), just to strengthen their bodies and see differences within few weeks. A normal PT session is 190 USD/20 minutes, while i paid 40 USD for 3 months for the app. I’m grateful that i came across the app and wish it has more rehab and prehab exercises for other sports injuries. Keep up the great work 🤍

Great App but room for Improvement

I’m back running and feel great. The only issue I have is that the back-to-running warmup and cooldown is not guided anymore like in the rest of the app. It’s there so why not allow me to use it.

This app and lots of patience have me feeling hopeful. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. Easy to follow and really a no brainer for me.

Awesome Results

Pain is a great motivator. And it was foot pain, like I had never experienced before, that started me on my journey to search for relief and answers.
As a result of following the guidance received from this app, I have completely healed from plantar faciatis and Achilles tendinitis!
Using the app freed me from having to travel to see a therapist in person. I was also free to do the exercises on my schedule.

Happy rehabbing!

I am so happy that I found this app. I ran a marathon on a slightly strained calf and ended up with a super strained calf. My progress was slow at first but has steadily improved. I am recommending this app to all of my running friends!

A couple of pieces of feedback:
1. I wish that I could rearrange the workouts within a week with a bit more flexibility. For example, if I know I’ll be pressed for time so I want to do a fundamental workout one day early, but skip one of the optional workouts. I cannot access the future workout until that day arrives.

2. I wish that I could go back and edit my response to the question about whether the workout increased my injury symptoms within 24 hours. I usually mark it right after finishing the workout but then the next day if I feel discomfort I wish that was editable.

Overall this app has been a true lifesaver during this time as it has provided me with hope that I will get back to running again and a sense of accomplishment in all the baby steps along the way. Super appreciate the detailed written instructions and video for each exercise.

Awesome app!

I strained my calf in October and was lost on how to rehab it. I tried on my own for a couple weeks and didn't feel like I made any progress. I found Exakt by searching for rehab solutions. I just finished the calf strain program and I'm now back to running at full strength/speed. I recommend Exakt to anyone that needs guidance for rehabbing injuries. I used it while it was free but it would absolutely be worth the cost!
