Well structured series for meniscus injury
The instructions and visuals for each exercise are well done. It’s a helpful series of levels. Having the daily calendar really is helping me keep track of my progress. I’m still on level one but I feel improvement. I like that you can provide feedback that guides the difficulty of exercises. The app did freeze on me once. I don’t know if it was my phone, user error, or the app itself. I restarted my phone and have had no trouble since. I’m likely to recommend this app to others. My only concern is that I’m an older adult who no longer is as active ( it’s been a long long time since I was running); therefore, there’s a mix of exercises that are easy and a bit harder in each section. I’m sure if I was a more active individual, there might be more consistency for my needs. It’s not a deterrent for me, I will adjust as needed. I have been through 2 series of physical therapy for other injuries so I feel this app is a good addition or alternative as it’s so hard to get timely appointments. Overall, I see this as a very helpful and well structured app that has validity and well researched information. I highly recommend it.

Excellent content!
As a run coach and runner, this is a great tool to have! I use it for myself and my athletes! It’s easy to use, easy to follow along and nothing is overly complicated!
