Lies’ company

Booked a hotel for 128 dollars then they charged me 200 dollars without billing me. And explained the extra 70 dollars is transaction fee!!!!! 70 dollars for transaction without any warning on the website. Without any bills mentioned about the extra 70 dollars. They are cheating people with this way. Disgusting!!!!!

Best third party booking app

Been using this app since a few years now booked over 30 rooms never had a issue always 15-30% cheaper then anyone else booked a room at the W which was $439 a night I got it for 197 a night would highly recommend

Consistently find the best rates which turned out to be better than the industry rate i was offered by $30 a night.

Best App for Hotel Bookings with Best prices

Vio.com had become my #1 app for booking hotels. I’ve successfully booked over 20 hotels since discovery this app and every time it’s the cheapest prices with the same hotel rooms as advertised with other competitors as well the hotels it self. Vio.com is the only app one should use for booking hotels.

Horrible experience - Avoid this app at all cost

I had the worst experience booking through them. I booked for a hotel near Bryce Canyon for a check in at 11/28. Booking was done on 11/5 for a pay later option and free cancellation until 11/17. I got a confirmation immediately that my booking was confirmed on 11/5. On 11/17 my card was charged. On 11/23 I called the hotel for a general question question regarding a room amenity. To my surprise, the hotel just told me that there is no reservation under my name. They told me that the reservation was canceled for some reason and I should call the 3rd party company who I booked with. What happened next was a painful ordeal of dealing with customer care. They don’t have a phone number to call. The only option is via chat. I stayed on chat with the customer care for hours just to find out that my reservation was canceled by the hotel and they can’t do anything. I was just left in the hanging with my trip completely screwed up. Just think out this, if my reservation was canceled or not confirmed, they dint even bother to inform me. They happily charged my card and left me in dismay. Avoid at all cost. Would request Apple to take this app down for humanity sake 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Worst app, scam and worst customer service

They run a scam, i have used this app to book hotel, the hotel allocate me a room which i was not agreed to, spoke to customer service over 1 hour. Once you booked through this app you money gone. Be aware using this app 😢

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. We drove all day and all we wanted was to stay in a hotel and sleep, yet Vio never sent a confirmation email, the hotel hasn’t received any information of the booking, and their customer service is inexistent. We are literally waiting in the car in the parking lot for a miracle now, since we made a booking for three days and we’re not sure if we will be charged or not. We don’t want to pay twice! What a disgrace and disappointment! It’s a serious scam, stay away from these people!

And please don’t send me another link to fill out a complain! Call your customers!
