Outstanding Customer Service

I am so impressed by my experience with this app. I made a foolish error while booking, and when I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and efficiently to remedy my issue. Sherrie and Michela are awesome! Will definitely be using this app again for my future hotel needs!

Tricky

I was introduced to VIO app via a friend as he told me that they offer more savings on a certain hotel that I was interested to stay for a week , long story short I was paying as day by day and every day they would post different price for the same room until the third day they posted a higher amount significantly for the same room , I was thinking that’s the lowest rate and I was buying it till the weekend showed up and it was more than twice the price so I looked around the hotel standard reservations was a good amount cheaper than VIO

Absolutely horrible experience

Was not able to use the app to book it declined the payment called cs and they charged me more . Then get to Orel the reservation name was wrong and missing second occupant. The hotel was able to accommodate but was then charged for breakfast that was to be included. Can not locate a cs contact. Finally tried to find help with the bill through the reservation line was hung up on by the rep. Called back given a email to try which does not work either. Do not use this company

Useless

Why download the app when it just takes you back to a browser to book???

This app is disgusting

This app is false advertisement. They find you a room with no refund back doesn’t matter the condition. They do not let you know what’s going on. What time to check in what time to check out? I had a horrible stay at the Days Inn. No breakfast. let me see we got two in the morning and cannot sleep in the room until three in the afternoon. The room smell like cigarettes and marijuana and it was just filthy and the TV was not working. Unbelievable what I went through with My Husband and they couldn’t even even refund me my money not even half of it. I don’t even want the whole thing just half of it

Great Deals👍🏾

I love that the prices are cheap, but my only concern is that they don’t give you any points towards making it even cheaper and says genius level, but I don’t think that’s enough. I feel like as if they should give me points or give us people points towards a free room or, a cheaper rate just like the hotels do it or some type reward program not saying that they’re taking a percentage off but actually letting us see that we’re actually getting money taken off but other than that it’s a great site. I use it all the time and I also recommend AGODA.

Spam promotions on Google travel

It wasted my time while searching for a hotel. The pice spikes up once I try to complete my booking. I tried multiple times.

Given a inferior room as the booked one.

I booked a deluxe king room through vio but the hotel front desk gave me a double bed room. So I called the vio help desk and asking why. The vio representative was like 'i don't know, the confirmation at VIO end is indeed deluxe king but the booking was through priceline so you can only call priceline to find out why'. First of all, the whole booking and confirmation process did not mention anything about priceline in the app and email. Second of all, it's obviously the communication between Vio and Priceline went wrong, but the representative is asking me to solve the issue for them, which is ridiculous and costing me hours. Anyways, very bad service, and poor communication and app implementation.
