Best deals out there

Bio has the best deals out there. I just booked a 4 night stay. For less than I could book through any other site. For 3 night. Definitely the best. Booking and check out are a breeze. I would recommend to everyone.

Great app when it works

Super glitchy. Works about 50% of the time. Cannot download simple search with 2-3 filters selected. (Error-oops something went wrong.) Too frustrating to use.

Bit dodgy

Bait and switch pricing. Offers a price below all competitors if booked via the app. Once installed the deal is no longer available, have to book it at the same price as every other app

Easy to use

I waited to the last minute on my road trip to book accommodations as I needed them. The app was fast and easy and the prices were reasonable compared to the going rate.

Yesterday Review

I mistakenly gave a bad review yesterday because I saw a charge on my credit card that I thought was from you. It should have been given to Priceline who basically did a bait and switch on prices for a hotel room at the Peabody. I was able to get those charges reversed.
You guys DID come through on a very good price for the Peabody Hotel and it went like clockwork. Thank you! I’ll use you in the future!

Helped me cancel hotel!!!!!

I purchased a $750 hotel with a no refund policy. I had a death in the family and had to cancel. They helped cancel with full refund. Quite nice news during a truely awful week
