Room selection restrictive.

If booking two rooms, you can’t pick two different grades, you have to have the same.

Beware - VIO is a Fraudulent App

Frequent traveler here, tested VIO numerous times. VIO will show you low hotel prices and then ask you to download their app and provide your credit card details to reserve the room. Once you have given all your information, it will - always- tell you that no more rooms at the low price are available and direct you to higher priced alternatives. Stay away from them, it’s called fraud, plain and simple. Surpriseing that the FTC hasn’t taken them down yet.

Cheaper than anywhere else

I literally spend hours getting the cheapest prices and Vio literally (most of the time) does have the best price. But there is a way to play with the algorithm and get it down by yourself too within the app.

So simple

The process was so simple and the prices available were far better than the other sites. I was booking a room for my daughter and her husband as a surprise for their date night and it even gives you an option to book and pay for someone else’s stay - will definitely use this site again!

Great deal, good app

No complaint—added basically one quick step (download app) to get a room 20% off compared to nearly every other service.

App worked well and only took 2 pages to completion: clicking the hotel, putting in payment. Better than many websites.

Best app ever

I search using several different hotel booking apps , and this was the by far the cheapest, by a substantial amount

Great rates on nicer hotels

I just stumbled on this site last week and so far, they have the best rates of all. We had no problems with the reservation at check-in and we were given a nice room. I will be using them from now on.

Watch out for price changes

Tried to book a hotel for an “app only” deal. Price was not the same as initially advertised.
