Finally a way to transcribe my voice memos. I often take voice memos when creativity strikes or I have an idea, and then use Claude to help me think through the idea. This finally allows me to do that on iPhone in a simple way. Great app! Very affordable as well.

It makes you have to purchase it again.. and again.. and again. Complete scam!
I wish you were more transparent from the get-go in the App Store about how much subscriptions cost. It would not be a deal-breaker for most people and would not prevent people from doing the three day trial.
Ultimately the real issue is that you have no way of restoring a purchase or recognizing a paid-for subscription. This is classic BAIT-AND-SWITCH.

Together with my other AI apps, I no longer have to write notes down. It does it for me and ChatGPT sums it all up. But I have two important questions and/or suggestions:
1) Will ARMENIAN language ever be added to the feature? And how long until you do so? There’s some of us here willing to pay extra for it.
2) I wish you were more transparent from the get-go in the App Store about how much subscriptions cost. It would not be a deal-breaker for most people and would not prevent people from doing the three day trial.

All I had to do was export my memo to wherever I wanted whether it was audio or text. Mins in it said connection lost, very odd as nothing else I was using had an issue. It did not record everything & it messed up so many words and missed words in the auto transcribe that it’s was a joke. My guess is they do that so you pay the $21 for a human to then transcribe it for you. Yep nope that’s an automatic delete of the app. Fireflies it is!

Thank you again for your feedback!This has become the most important app I’ve ever downloaded. I spend a lot of time on the move, either at work or running errands that can take up my entire day. Before iTranscribe, it was impossible to record my thoughts in a meaningful way. All I could manage were simple “to-do” notes. Now, I can write full journals, outline and draft novels, and I’m even experimenting with writing pseudocode! I’ve gotten my time back thanks to iTranscribe. The only thing I would hope they add is a feature to quickly retry a recorded transcription. I often lose connection during my live transcriptions, and I’m not sure it catches up every time, like if I pause. In any case, iTranscribe has been a lifesaver for me. Big thanks to the devs!

After the case ended, I’m still being charged for this app and haven’t been able to cancel the $6 a week. Very unhappy about that. I emailed the customer service and didn’t get a email back. I’m not sure what to do

To manage your subscription, you can easily navigate to the subscription management page in the App Store by clicking on the top right corner of the app. From there, you will have the option to switch to different subscription plans or cancel the renewal altogether.Won’t work! subscribed for pro version. I followed directions shared in the app- picked an audio file, clicked the three dots, clicked on transcribe by iTranscribe, picked English, it says uploading, and then nothing. I do it over and over again… nothing, just audio. No transcription. I then tried to send the file to my email, play from my computer and do live transcription to see if that would work… it recorded the conversation but didn’t transcribe… Please help! Im paying for the service but can’t use it and need it asap!! I sent an email to customer service… waiting

Please confirm if your login account is the subscribed account. Sometimes this issue may occur due to server lag. Please try refreshing the page.I complete audios for work and this just saved me so much time. Instead of having ti happen to listen back on audios and type the responses I was able to send my audio to the app and it typed it up for me.
