Cost is reasonable. I see whisper being used a lot. Wonder if that is what you use or can use to improve. Also need a method to automate a transcript to get pushed to email or chatgpt. I’ve see. Other apps use Zapier integration which worked nicely. If you added a way to filter any identifiable words prior to sending to chatgpt. You can do it!

I saw that near the end, it said that there was a connection issue. I saw that it seemed to be recording. When I ended it, most of it was not recorded. It was fine the first eight minutes I was watching it, so didn't expect this problem. I wish that there was some way to hold the info until the connection is better.

It has been said in previous reviews but Apple should buy this app and make it a standard feature. The AI is so far beyond the 2nd place app, this is a legitimate business tool that decreases employee latency.

I mainly use this transcription app for work to transcribe meetings as I am Neurodivergent and have a hard time, listening and writing at the same time. This app does a phenomenal job at transcribing what is being said and can pick up words correctly even for those with a heavy accent that to my ear would have missed. I am forever grateful to have found this app. If you are like me and need meeting or lecture notes. Stop looking because you just found it.

From there you can edit, make changes and have your thoughts saved for a another time. It is awesome to work with.

It was a one hour and 20 minute memo. After 3 1/2 hours of the upload continuing to circle between 51% and 76% and then back down to the 50s, it closed itself out altogether, and I lost it. I gave up and canceled the subscription. As the last stitch effort, I then tried downloading the voice memo as a document and then transcribing it, and that did the trick in about 10 minutes. Wish I had known that the first 3 1/2 hours of time that I wasted. Great app, as long as you know the trick.

I have also contacted in all their customer service and there has been no response. Also when I emailed the email provided there was a delivery error message. This is a scam and this app should be shut down by the Apple store, and I will be reporting to the Apple store.
