This app does what it wants to do as far as transcribing. Not only does it transcribes the wrong words, but it also writes random letters as fill-ins for missing words, misspells words, and misses complete sentences. Additionally, this app will not allow you to cancel. Plus, if you have an Apple iPhone, it already has a similar app that works much better. Look before you spend, i.e., Read all the reviews before buying anything—a hard lesson well learned.

If the recording is clear, the transcription result will be very accurate. So try to keep the recording as clear as possible to get accurate results.
Also I would like to say that cell phones are not designed for recording, please keep the microphone as close to the sound source as possible to get clear recording results. In order to ensure a good call effect on the phone, the design of the phone is that the sound source that is too far away will be filtered out.
If you want a very clear recording, I recommend you to buy a voice recorder.

It seemed that it transcribed beautifully. When I try to export it, it went to place that said that I had to pay. I didn't go any further. Does this mean that I'm paying for this? I thought if you just pressed GET it was free. Can you explain the logistics to me on this? By pressing GET, Is this something that I'm gonna have to end up paying for? Please explain this to me. I was charged about a $100 when i thought i was paying about a couple dollars a week like the app said and i cancel the subscription but i cant get my money back
All I want to do is unsubscribe and this app makes it very difficult to do. There is no option for you to unsubscribe. They just keep charging you even though you don’t use the app. Beware!
Oh my goodness, I did not know what to expect, but whatever I was anticipating, this app was amazing beyond expectations . Not only did it very precisely transcribe a telephone interview, but it also breaks up the interview by paragraph with timestamps. This app is legit, and a game changer in terms of the ability to work with recordings, and turn them into detailed and accurate transcriptions. I’m sorry for the people who work in the transcription industry, but this app could put all of those people out of work.
