It’s okay but….
I love the app it has helped a lot but I have no idea how to logout and cancel my subscription.

Hi, thank you for liking us. It’s easy to review your current subscriptions and change or cancel them right from your iPhone. Here’s how to do it. 1. Open the Settings app. 2. Tap your name. 3. Tap Subscriptions. 4. iPhone showing the Subscriptions menu option in Settings. 5. Tap the subscription.
Happy but?
I bought the free trial to check it out. It did a good job. But there is not enough support documentation.

For the life of me, I couldn’t figure out how to export the transcription to a word document. Maybe it’s just me?

If I could figure that out, I’d buy it. And give it another star. A fifth star if it came with support and directions.

Those people complaining it’s not free? Shut up. Nothing in life is free. 😄

Hi, thank you so much for writing us. Now we can only export txt file. If you want docx file. You need to copy the content then paste to the word file. We spend lots of time and money to offer a good service. So the pro version cannot free. Thanks so much for understanding.

IT’S NOT FREE!!!
All the ads I have to suffer through in the games I play say it’s absolutely free and that’s an absolute lie! There is a three day free trial. That doesn’t make it free. If you have to lie to get people to download your app then there’s something wrong with your app and there’s something wrong with you.

Dear Cmonbone, the BASIC version is totally free which you don't need to pay a single penny to use. The RRO version offers more features and is without time limit. We believe it is reasonable to provide better service to paying users and we still provide service to meet the basic need of the users who do not want to pay. BEST WISHES.
