No response from the team i have a problem regarding subscription and they just vanished and took my money
Classes use a lot of video and I can’t write notes that fast-don’t want to pause to write what the captions say. I have ADHD and stopping video and restarting mucks with my brain processes. The accurate transcriptions from this app allow me to watch videos all the way through then go back and correlate written text to the video concepts. Highly recommended!

However it wasnt able to transcribe any of my files despite having the free trial and being willing to pay for the app. Shame :( I saw that a 2.5 hr vid got transcribed in 15 mins, mine is 1 hr long and another is 30 mins and I have been waiting 10 hrs to no avail. Hopefully the app works for you :)

If you have any urgent transcription needs, we recommend considering smaller file sizes to expedite the process.This app has way too many bugs takes forever for video files to be imported then freezes at the end. Also very glitchy exporting to another app. Absolutely no support. The email they give comes back as undeliverable.

I’ve searched the app completely and there is no easy way to unsubscribe from payment. I’ve contacted their support and haven’t heard back in days.

No accent, clear audio , am I doing something wrong?
I can’t share the content as there’s some privileged information between clients.
Some of the sentences reproduced do not even come close to what’s stated in the recordings.
I wanted to love this app. Purchased the full version. They were quick to respond and asked me to send a copy of the audio. I have to give them credit for their customer service.

I do like the app. I think it does better than the Ottor app I’ve tried. However, I have to go in and enter missing words or correct words/spelling. For shorter recordings, it’s not that bad, but for recordings longer than 30mins it’s a bit time-consuming. Sometimes I have to go in and update a lot of the conversation because the app suggests weird words/phrases, I’ve even turned up the volume so the app could catch more words.
Again, it's a good app, but expect to have to go in and make a lot of changes.
