Get you a helium mobile hotspot so you can earn more rewards and have the best connection. It’s a no brainer crypto is here to stay and it could only get better from here.

Awesome customer service
I have been with Helium for a couple of months and I love it! Great service in New Jersey and the E-SIM option is a great option for a second line on my Iphone.
Only one complaint
Sometimes I’m able to withdraw my rewards in another times about 70%. I’m never able to but besides that the service is great keep it up guys!
Can’t Claim Rewards
Since last update, I am unable to claim rewards. It just fails and says try again. Wish there a way to get support with service, but besides that it works good.
After the latest update the app logs you off
Keep having to login just so I can enable mapping. Didn’t have this issue on the previous release. After the latest update every time I claim rewards it fails.

Thank you for your feedback! Due to high traffic on the Solana blockchain right now, transactions are processing a bit slower than expected. The most recent app version included some fixes to make this go a bit more smoothly!

Good app with one major update and few others needed
I have been using this for a while now and it’s not bad. The most important thing they need to update is
When logging in it shouldn’t make us have to login with email and then prompt us for password after we push enter. It should populate both at the same time. It’s very annoying. It also since last update is kicking us out if we lose signal for a while or turn it off.
Other than those things it’s a pretty simple app. Wish they would allow more accounts with same cards too.

Service is terrible, mapping is garbage
400+ mapping events and no rewards. Customer service is incapable of troubleshooting or assisting in anyway. Took me 3 days and 4 emails for me to find out the issue myself last time. No clue what the issue is now but quickly tiring of having to be my own tech support to figure out what the issue is. And please, please, please do not bother sending me the same copy pasted response you’ve already sent me 4 times. It’s never been helpful and I doubt that’s going to change.
Dropped my prior carrier because I thought they could handle it and now I am stuck with no service and no way to call to switch with another provider. Horrible customer experience. I’m canceling as soon as I can figure out how to get to another carrier.

In my area the service works great, my only complain is that you cant change the wallet address, my fiancé and i both have helium mobile, but i would love to be able to send all the coins to my wallet when claiming them instead of individually. Fix it
