WARNING! Absolutely 100% a SCAM
Response from developer
Hi Bobbi, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear about your bad experience. If you wish, you can end your premium protection at any time on your Guardio Membership Page. Once there, select Change in the section titled Plan, then select Turn Off. Regarding the charge you are seeing, this is an authorization, not a charge. It’s called an authorization hold, and it’s a common practice with free trial services. By the way, most gas stations also do exactly the same before you start filling your car. An authorization hold is carried out by payment processing companies when you start your free trial. They are basically getting your bank or card company to authorize your payment in advance - kind of like a test payment. If you’ve asked about Guardio’s location, we are delighted to provide our services to users worldwide, regardless of their location. While Guardio caters to a global audience, we are registered in New York, United States, and our payment system operates in US Dollars. If you encounter any other issues or need any further assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team through this link: guard.io/contact Have a safe day! -- Ben from Guardio

More of a question
Response from developer
Hi there, Thank you for your question. You can add five email addresses to your Identity Monitoring feature. With this feature, any time an account linked to a protected email address is involved in a data breach, Guardio will send you an alert to take steps to secure the account and avoid potential identity theft. To add any other email addresses that you have, here's what to do: 1. Press the blue "Edit" button shown on your Email Monitoring Page. 2. Enter the first email address you'd like to add and press "Add+." 3. Verify the email we've sent. You can then repeat those steps for any other email addresses that you'd like to protect. If you're experiencing any difficulties, please reply to this thread.
