Screen blacks out
Love this woman and her valuable gift but this app is so shotty. In your lessons, there is a preview icon that if you tap takes you to a video explaining how to do the exercise. Except for when you hit play, the screen goes black. I’ve tried it in every lesson and have reinstalled the app to see if that would work. I have contacted customer support and they don’t seem to understand anything I’m saying and their responses are very strange.I’m on the seven day free trial and I totally would keep this except for it doesn’t work properly.

Deceptive Business Practices
I would give this application 0 stars if available. Ever since I enrolled in this program I have experienced issues with the app. I contacted their team to no avail. I emailed them about wanting to cancel my membership 5 times and they are still charging my credit card. Please do not fall for this scam.

Videos don’t always work
While the exercises are good, sometimes it’s hard to do them because the videos black out. Natalia is great, but the actual app is only so-so.
Love it!!! Great program!!!
This is a fantastic Face Yoga Program, and even more great enhancements for learning more methods of beautification and health. Beautiful program!!!
