I’m halfway through Ellen’s 12 week program and WOW. I’ve already made so much progress, and not just physical progress. I have successfully weaned myself off of anxiety medication I thought I was going to be on the rest of my life. I feel myself wanting to make better decisions for my physical and mental health. Ellen is an amazing coach - she’s so knowledgeable and empathetic. She’s there to pick me up when I’m down and the group of women all doing the program at the same time is a blessing. It’s the most important, I think, because changing your habits comes down to your culture. So to be in a culture where we have a common goal and the norm is to do the work to achieve that goal - it’s beautiful. Thank you, Ellen for this program.
