I’m halfway through Ellen’s 12 week program and WOW. I’ve already made so much progress, and not just physical progress. I have successfully weaned myself off of anxiety medication I thought I was going to be on the rest of my life. I feel myself wanting to make better decisions for my physical and mental health. Ellen is an amazing coach - she’s so knowledgeable and empathetic. She’s there to pick me up when I’m down and the group of women all doing the program at the same time is a blessing. It’s the most important, I think, because changing your habits comes down to your culture. So to be in a culture where we have a common goal and the norm is to do the work to achieve that goal - it’s beautiful. Thank you, Ellen for this program. I struggled with understanding health and fitness and why I wasn’t losing weight but working out daily. I spent time reading, googling, trying to understand everything on my own and it was very overwhelming. Ellen makes this program in a way that is SO easy to break down the information and really helps you learn about health and fitness. I would highly recommend if you want to make a lifestyle change for yourself and simply want to learn how to live a healthier lifestyle. Ellen’s program is top-notch, well thought out, and intentional in every way. What I love most is that this program focuses on overall health and well-being and working to incorporate sustainable life-long habits. Not to be dramatic but the coaching, accountability, and the community have been life changing!! Ellen is knowledgeable, approachable, supportive and you can tell how passionate she is at what she does!
The app is easy to use and has helped to keep me motivated to work out, mostly because everything is laid out and organized so well. I absolutely LOVE that there isn’t music in the background so that I get to be my own DJ depending on my mood. I’m not sure I’ve ever been this consistent with movement and I have Ellen and the Get Fit in Twenty community to thank for that. Bottom line: you will not regret your decision!Show less
