    I had an issue with redeeming a gift card, after looking on the help link I found I could be a common problem but it was a few days after the suggested bug fix, so I emailed the support team (not expecting any kind of reply) and within 24 hours I had received a response to my problem as well as a potential solution and a follow up solution and an offer for continued communication to resolve any issues. I was blown away by the quality and efficiency of the support team. 10/10 I highly recommend this app

    I am giving 4 stars only because U don’t quite understand this app well. I don’t know how to add my personal information so I can get better rewards according to a message in the app. I don’t know how to get real items or really how to play the games. I do find it cool that I get points everyday for distances traveled. If I ever learn how to benefit financially from Geo-Smile, I will be back with an update. Many blessings and good wishes to everyone. I wish you all luck, love, and light-hearted days.
  • Not worth it to me

    The app drains my iPhone 12s battery and overheats it particularly while recording a drive.

    The process of redeeming steps and miles is ridiculous since you have to watch ads so in reality you’re getting points for watching ads and not for walking or driving. It is also very hands on since you have to constantly be watching ads and doing a little puzzle at the end to trying to get more points.

    I give it credit in the redeeming process since I was able to quickly cash out my earnings before closing my account and uninstalling the app.

  • Problem since update

    I absolutely love this app! It does exactly what it says. It’s gonna do. You definitely get rewards. It is well worth it. Since the last update it keeps closing. It’ll be playing a video to earn rewards and just randomly closes. I thought it was my signal issue. My daughter has the app also. I was at her house yesterday, on her Wi-Fi to save my data, and it kept randomly closing. Her app closed at the same time that mine closed. So we kind of kept track of it and definitely closed at the same time on both phones. It has a minor glitch since the update. It never did this prior to the update. Please fix it.!!!! It is fixed!! Thank you so much!! Love this app!
  • Pretty good

    I’ve used this app for a couple months now. I walk on my treadmill several times a day and watch all the ads to earn extra points for walking. I also use the driving part of the app occasionally. I have received a $10 Amz gift card through the app. The only issue I have come across was when I was on the final step of receiving the $10 gift card. There was a button that had to slide in order to complete the gift card. It took 15 or 20 tries to get the button to slide all the way across the screen horizontally. Many times the button would only slide 1/4 or 1/2 of the way across before it would refuse to slide any further. Eventually, I got the button to slide all the way. Other than that, I enjoy using the app daily.
  • Be careful of deceptive advertisements

    Before downloading the app, I looked at reviews. One review commented that an advertisement was designed deceptively to look like it was a button on the app. The developer commented that it had banned such “malicious” advertisements. That was many months ago. I figured, eh, I’d give the app a try. I downloaded it and opened it up. At the bottom was a green button marked “START.” I immediately noticed that it was one of those deceptive advertisements that were allegedly banned. It sent me to a website for Erukmedia Cloud.

    I then wrote a review, and within days the developer responded. As of now, I don’t see the deceptive reviews. So they may be gone? At least for the moment?

    As for the app itself, I need more time to thoroughly use it to give it a full evaluation. But leaving my review and changing it from 2 to 3 stars while I get the chance to review and use the app.

    A number of scammers advertise showing a START button and we ban them as soon as we find them. We asked the ad-serving company (Google admob) to stop accepting such ads many times. We appreciate your understanding as we continue our efforts to eliminate malicious advertising.
  • 100 times > than 100% legit

    I typically do not write reviews/rate. From time to time I have, however, on non legitimate apps. I am a compliance manager VP for a very large bank, so I am cautious when downloading apps etc - I tend to read everything regarding the developer’s legal/ privacy notice. I must say this is one of the best apps not to mention paying apps I have ever come acrossed - not only is it user-friendly, but it is also fun. Kudos to the developers and a big thank you to their support team. I have cashed out several times via PayPal and/or Starbucks. The big thank you is to the support team for having such a quick response to an inquiry I had regarding PayPal and when it would be available again. It was within or less than 24 hours and within that response there was no reading between the lines. It was straightforward as to when if at all PayPal will be offered again. Moreover, nothing is free-one must watch ADs in order to achieve gems. This apps most certainly gives you chances to obtain them. The more ADs you watch, after traveling and/or walking, the more gems you will receive. The only small issue I run into occasionally is “loading ADs.” Other than that- GeoSmile do not change a thing for you will be the #1 very soon. Companies will be begging you to play their ADs and in return everyone (developers and consumers) will win.

  • Amazing!!

    I use this app everyday and it’s amazing! One downside is it takes forever to collect enough tokens to buy something. But I’ve never had a bad experience with this app!! I’m 13 years old(which is too young for this app but I still use it) and I’ve bought a 10 dollar Roblox gift card for only 100,000 tokens and the gift card worked! It’s an amazing app and I’m so glad I’ve found it. All you have to do is walk, drive or take surveys and you get tokens!!

  • Not a good experience

    I only used this app for about a day and a half. Basically they pay you to watch ads. The steps you take and the mileage that you travel you can’t collect unless you watch ad after ad after ad. A little excessive. I get it for ad revenue and I tried to stick with it just to see how quickly it would add up but my main reason for uninstalling was after a day and a half my internet data was completely GONE! I downloaded it Friday afternoon and used it until I woke up Sunday morning to no internet due to reaching my data limit. It was basically like a gps running in the background the whole time. The “Pennies” you get paid for the data that I lost does not equal out. In an around about way I lost money considering I just paid for my phone minutes the week before and now have no data unless I pay for more.
