Buggy app, great robots
I love the Coco service but the app is so buggy that it crashes when I try placing an order. I’ve tried multiple devices (iPhone, iPad, all update to latest software) and payment methods (ApplePay and regular credit card number). Really frustrating, the app logs me out every time I close it too. I feel like these issues should be addressed quickly because they can prevent customers from purchasing Coco’s services. Love the robots though and the pricing is very fair, good restaurant selection in my area too.

Never ordering from Coco again!
I have had the worst experiences with Coco and if I could, I would give it 0 stars. The last time I ordered from Coco I got a text message saying one part of my order wasn't available and asking if I would like to replace it. I said yes and exactly what I would like it to be replaced by. I then received another text message saying it wasn't possible to replace it. My order was delayed at least 20 minutes and I was in a huge time crunch. But that's not all. When the Coco robot was coming, it stopped moving. So I went to see what happened. The robot was stuck on a tree branch (a small one too) for at least ten minutes before it started moving again. Then, the second time I ordered from Coco, I waited an hour and the food kept getting delayed. As I opened the app, a notification popped up saying my order was cancelled. I wasted an hour waiting for food that was just going to get cancelled. If you want to actually get food, I would advise NOT using Coco. I will never again waste time and money on this app.

I fricken love coco!
I love seeing these cute little robots zipping down the street. I love how convenient it is ordering from them too! I’ve been watching their little army grow and the agility of the machines increase over the past few years. Def on team coco! 🥡🍔🍕🚗💨

I would give 0 if it was possible,
Refer program doesn’t work they don’t apply any credit to you . Ordered robot came didn’t opened guy came after 1 hour to pull out order but he just took robot and left and didn’t got anything, even tho it was their fault hesitated to return money and gave me just credit to app for exactly same amount after 1 hour waiting and no food after 11pm 😡

Pretty cool, but referral bonus never received.
I like the app and the delivery — cheaper than any alternative, if you don’t mind the more limited selection.

App issues
Just downloaded the app to place my first order and it was so frustrating to use. Lag time between my input and the app’s response was very bad. Ex: would press add to cart and would take awhile for app to register or app wouldn’t register it at all. The app also kept closing me so had to keep reopening to place my order. Hope the bugs get fixed bc love this concept!

Best Delivery Service
You dont need to pay a ridiculous amount of tip that a human would expect. Thinking that people who order food are not affected by inflation and gets a pay raise every checkout. You dont need to worry about humans tampering with your food for whatever the reason is. cute robot well packaged order. The best!
I wish there were more choices available for restaurants though.

Failed delivery
Would be good if you get your order. Still waiting on a refund for an order that never arrived. Looks like the Coco got stuck part way to my location. The app and texts the. Said a Coco representative would bring the order. Never received the order but I got a message from Coco saying the order was delivered even though no one delivered anything. The only way to contact them is by text. Will wait another day or so then dispute the charge with my credit card company.

Cheaper than any other delivery app I’ve tried
Not only is it the cheapest delivery app I’ve found, but also the most efficient! Those robots zoom and consistently bring me my food in perfect condition too. Have yet to have a bad experience :)
