Buggy

Placed an order at 9:40pm and the restaurant closed at 10pm. 40 minutes after placing my order they cancelled it stating the restaurant was closed. I could have just walked to the restaurant in that time if I knew the app was going to mess up the order. Not many restaurants to choose from, delivery times way longer than DoorDash etc. Customer support is responsive, and it’s a neat idea but that’s a very bad user experience! If you can’t fulfil an order cancel it asap.

Not available in my area, but they take your data

Coco company is very sneaky. They go out of their way to avoid letting you know exactly where they have service. This after you enter your private data, including your cell number, then they tell you the service is not available. But they’ve already captured your data. I would avoid until this company is more transparent where they have service (not found on their website), otherwise they will capture your data before disclosing lack of available service.

Great Service, but please turn off adds

Great local delivery option. Cute robot. This has future! But please turn off adds in notifications or provide a separate option for adds. I have to turn all app notifications off, to not get annoyed by adds. But then I wont be notified when Coco arrives.

I’ve tried to use the app many times yet there’s nothing open or available despite seeing them constantly drive by.

Wonderful Experience

I had a wonderful experience (this was my first time using coco). The order process was smooth, and the service fees were low (in comparison to all of the other apps) which I appreciated! Unfortunately there was an issue with my assigned coco robot, but a super friendly team member seemingly rescued my food and hand delivered it to my door (all within minutes of the expected delivery time)! What a great experience :)

This is a worthless application to me

I just downloaded this worthless application on to my iPad. I signed in and absolutely NO RESTAURANTS HAVE A COCO Rebot anywhere near them! That definitely defeats the purpose of this stupid application! I am now deleting this application from my Apple equipment! Don’t download this - you will be sorry!

Coco is great! All of my orders have so far been quick and reliable. Their support team was very kind and helpful when I had a question about an order. Their selections have grown since their launch and it looks like the trend is continuing. #earlyadopter

Whatever you do, don't contact customer support

I love the concept and the delivery, but I just spent the past three hours getting text messages from the customer support department over and over again. They have a bug in their system and kept saying the same thing over and over again. Their tech support was no help finally had to block them.

Can’t ever go back

I just ordered food on a delivery app, and the order arrived missing 3 of 3 entrees. I’m switching over to exclusively using Coco. The food is loaded immediately, it arrives hot, and I know that no one is touching it during the trip. Can’t wait to use weekly.
