Really NOT happy

I love the idea of this and subscribed and paid so I could print my work.
However the app would not let me print - I kept having an icon come up saying upgrade - I then pressed to upgrade and was told I have already paid - ( which I had ) so going in a loop and still not working.
I then cancelled the complete subscription and set it from scratch and paid again in my daughters name- tried typing and still it would print and kept asking me to upgrade.
I am now £5.90 out of pocket having tried this twice.

Your initial registration is crucial and is then applicable for all other App logins. So it’s either “Sign in with email” or “Sign in with Google” or “Sign in with Apple”. Astronomically overpriced

This company has let greed ruin a great product. The prices are insanely high.

Free version doesn’t work, so why would I upgrade?

The free version is convoluted and everything needs to be copied into the app. There is a restriction on how much I can paste, making it unusable. I’m irritated that this I wasted my time with this!

Awful

This used to be a game changer - the bionic reading technique itself is brilliant. The app is the worst app I’ve ever used. It’ll take your money and then say that your sub has expired. I’ve probably spent £40 trying to get this to work. Should have stayed just online like it used to be.

Absolutely horrible since they started charging monthly

I can no longer even download my ebooks to my iPad anymore. Yall removed everything that made this good and are charging a ridiculous monthly fee for garbage service. I want my money back.

Steep price

I found this app when it was free and I absolutely loved it. It was life changing. Then I opened the app and all the features I loved were put behind a paywall. I understand the need to fund the project but why a subscription? I would have paid a one time charge. And the monthly cost is very steep. I loved what you guys were doing but raising the cost because you could was mad.

Overpriced garbage that doesn’t work

I had tried this before when it was free - it crashed when attempting to convert ebooks. Now I see that they are trying to charge $18/month for this junk. what a joke!

But there is only ONE Bionic Reading®; we are Bionic Reading®. Our apps don’t cost US$18 per month. You can see our pricing in the app stores or on our website bionic-reading.com. There are many copycats who claim to be Bionic Reading®. Unfortunately. EPUB files (DRM-free, max. 40 mb) should go without a problem. We will improve the product constantly. patience is virtue

it’s a small team working on this app and they do their best. The app isn’t where it can be but it does still help me with readings, out of a lot of other options out there. 👍🏽

Disappointing

I am super bummed out to find this app/website is really difficult to use. Sure, it sort of works when you have it translate a website or document, but from what I can tell, even after getting an annual premium subscription, you can't simply browse with it like an extension. I'd love to see it integrate with eBook apps and it doesn't do that either. It talks about "six apps for the price of one" but that's a marketing gimmick. It's one app than can "translate" six types of things. (i.e. documents, websites, etc.) I don't recommend this app or company and wish I could get a subscription refund. Hopefully they use my subscription money to figure out how to make this better.

Don’t subscribe

Been trying to cancel my subscription for months now. Still unable to. Have emailed and emailed but nothing back. Cannot cancel it on the app or online, you state there is an option, but there is not. I’ve even emailed the sales team to try and get a response but that was ignored also. 3 months of payments have gone out for an app that does not work!!!
