This app has been a life changing experience for me. The videos of the workouts are extremely helpful and explained well. Having the audio runs in my ear during the runs are what really make this app unique. I really appreciate the work and knowledge that goes into this app. I actually look forward and am excited to do my workout/runs. Five stars!

Absolute love it!

This app has been amazing. I’ve been using it for a few months and love the variety of runs, guided runs, mobility and strength. It’s easy to follow and has so many options. Absolutely recommend it!

Best app for runners

This app is awesome! I’ve been following Meg for some time and always enjoyed the workout content she shared. I was looking for an easy way to increase runner specific strength training. I am currently half marathon training and sit at about 25 miles a week and the mobility workouts have helped so much! The video guide is so easy. Really takes the mental work out of training and helps me focus on my body working more efficiently. The intermediate/advanced weight training is no joke, and I feel stronger than ever. I like that many of her moves get you out of your “comfort zone”. The app has had some nice updates recently, glad to see the search and save features! Easiest $20 I spend a month.

Couldn't Unsubscribe

I couldn't find a way to unsubscribe from the app without deleting my account. It doesn't show up in the subscriptions area of my iphone, and the link to the developer website in the app store is broken.

Good and needs improvement

My favorite thing about this app is the combination of strength and mobility training with outdoor guided runs. It would be nice if the treadmill runs in the int. outdoor running program also had guided runs. Videos of the mobility and strength exercises are very fast and can be difficult to understand the movements shown. It would be nice if you had the option to slow down the video or to also show movements in slow motion. Sometimes the dark or busy background in videos makes it difficult to see what the action is. It would be nice if you could read movement descriptions and watch the videos without having to start the workout. This would allow the user to understand the exercises ahead of time and move more fluidly through the workouts once they are ready to begin.

So Impressed

I just completed my first half marathon and I really struggled. My first training App did not help me learn what to do before and after my runs. This app is awesome!! It helps you train to get stronger!
I can’t wait to see how much I improve for my next half marathon and get in way better shape!!

Thank you!! The best!!

I legit have followed this training since aaptiv and I was only doing these runs! I fell in love with them! You totally changed my running style and reduced my injury rate! I was getting to speeds I didn’t know I could do.., and I fell back in love with running! I have been running for 25+ years now, at this point, I don’t know if I could still stay that without the programming! It has been so fun!

The new app is awesome! I will have to tell you - I have been working with PTs and done quite a bit of research on low back/hip pain, as I’ve been having some issues. I worked with yoga instructors, done all kinds of things to try to mobilize my hip and low back…. It was quite a slice of humble pie when I opened up your app in the mobility section and legit, I would say 90% of the work I have been doing was the mobility work you were recommending.

Consistent and strong running

As a former D1 athlete turned mom of 3, I wanted a program that would help me feel like an athlete but keep workouts manageable for my lifestyle. This app does that and more. I have found such a reignited love for running, strength, and mobility thanks to Meg! My paces are improving and I feel strong.
