  • Best app and trainer I’ve ever seen

    I have been training with Meg Takacs for almost 10 years now. She is hands-down the best trainer I have ever worked with or witnessed. She is so versatile and can work on your running training as well as strength training. The second time I began working with her two years ago, and still going, I had significant back, knee, hip and balance issues. As a lifelong runner, I had not focused on strength training as much as I needed, and was in significant pain and lacking in mobility, coordination, and strength overall. Perimenopause and hormonal changes did not help. I had resigned myself to the fact that I would probably never run again. Meg is a miracle worker. She has not only helped me get rid of my knee and back pain, I can now do box jumps, squats, all kinds of weights and strength and core training without pain. My endurance is better, my balance, and I’m running again! I don’t even need to wear knee braces anymore. I am so grateful. Her in person/virtual training is excellent and she pays attention to every detail so that your form is excellent. She’s also very flexible, and will go at the pace that you are comfortable so that you don’t overwork yourself. Her app is also excellent, easy to use, and has all kinds of guided workout programs that you can do anytime on your own. I like to listen to music and to guided programs when I’m working out by myself, so she is the perfect accompaniment and so encouraging. Her philosophy and mentality about exercise is really about overall well-being and happiness rather than trying to simply hit an external goal, or keep pushing yourself, although She gives excellent training for competitive athletes. The investment is definitely worth it and she has saved me a ton of money in medical bills and a possible knee replacement, and now I’m excited about the future and staying fit for decades to come! She’s also a really wonderful person, all-around and very professional, friendly, kind, positive and responsive.

  • My favorite fitness app

    I’ve tried a lot of different fitness apps and this is hands down the best I’ve ever used. Meg’s programming is great not just for running but also strength training and mobility to make you STRONG and able to move freely and without injury. I love the audio workouts, kettlebell work, and core work especially. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Meg’s programs.

  • Best training and running app

    I have tried countless training apps and pretty much every gym out there (OTF, F45, CycleBar, Lagree, etc) and nothing comes close to Meg. Her programming is brilliant and she is highly responsive. She understands the balance between strength, mobility and running and does an outstanding job of developing plans that make a huge difference. She also happens to be a great person! Do yourself a favor and sign up.

  • Do not sign up for this

    There is no way at all to cancel your subscription. I will have to call my bank to stop payment to this merchant and dispute the transaction.
  • Not just a running app!

    I decided to try the Mindful Miles app as a change from my usual bodybuilding and power lifting routines, I really enjoyed the mobility workouts, surprisingly they helped me with my lifts and reduced some of my joints pain.

    I would definitely recommend this app to anyone who would like to start a fitness routine or would like to add some cardio and mobility work to their fitness routine.

  • Doesn’t allow cancel

    It’s impossible to cancel your subscription.
  • $20 / month subscription required

    I did not use this app, so my review is only about the subscription plan.

    In the App Store, it really should state that a PAID subscription is required to use the app. $19.99 per month is asked for up front, before you can even see any of the content. Not a great strategy to get people to use your app. At least give a free trial first or something.

    This is the best, most comprehensive running app on the market for both new and experienced runners.

    In addition to being the best app, the response rate about questions for the app or billing is second to none.
  • Honestly Kinda Life-changing

    I’ve been running with Meg in my ears for years now- long before she released this app. She’s helped me discover the lesser-known mental health benefits to running, as well as improving running skills physically. This app is her creation, and I’m happy to have been a part of the journey! Thanks, Meg! Even if you’re brand new to running, it won’t hurt to give her app a shot

    Thoughtful plans. Encouraging coaching on the audio runs. SO LOVE THE MOBILITY exercises. The holistic approach to running/fitness is a welcome change. Way to go Meg!
