  • favorite exercise app!

    I’ve been using Meg’s workouts since 2018 and love them. This new app and workouts are great. She is very responsive and changing your plan or cancelling are easy.
  • Great app - make sure you sign up through Apple

    I enjoyed using this app when I downloaded it, the guided runs are great - I think I just need to accept that I’m not a runner, so I cancelled my subscription. Just note, if you sign up online and then download the app, you can’t cancel your subscription through the App Store and you need to get in touch with the support team (aka Meg, who is very helpful).

  • Impossible to cancel subscription

    I enjoyed using this app when I first downloaded it, but it’s literally impossible to cancel the subscription. Other users noted this so I wish I had seen those reviews earlier. Very frustrating.
  • Best fitness app out there!

    This app is so much more than just running. This has helped my mobility and strength so much which has translated to easier and faster running.
  • Favorite App!

    I started working with Meg a few months ago and her app is absolutely fantastic! It is super easy to follow, it’s divided into different sections depending on the type of workout or run you want to do! Love her app!
  • Not worth it

    It gives some good workouts although the mobility stuff I really *wanted* to like but was way too intense to enjoy without modification options.
    I also think the design is just very bad. The name of the exercise covers the video of it and even clicking into “more info” doesn’t really explain the movements well.
    Not user-friendly at all, which is a shame. Even knowing there was definitely a way to get a first month free I still somehow ended up getting charged and it is very difficult to figure out how to cancel the subscription. (I panicked when I saw other comments that there is “no way” to cancel - not easy but there is a way - you have to click into Apple ID and then subscriptions.)

  • Love but…

    The training and guidance Meg provide are exceptional!

    Can I make two suggestions though? Could you 1) allow the user to download the audio guided runs so that internet is not necessary while out on the run and 2) the ability to schedule my runs for specific days or at least save them in folders so that they’re easier to find? 🙌🏽

  • Great app more than just running

    I love the variety of runner-specific strength training, mobility and bodyweight workouts. The barbell and kettlebell workouts are awesome too. Im not a runner, but im thinking about using a few of the runs soon to try it out!
  • Results prove this works

    I’ve used Meg’s training on and off for years. I used to follow training plans from books that generally just focused on running. I’d end up injured or slow or at the PT’s office. Her holistic approach to training for races, including mobility and strength training, got me to my best half marathon time last year. She does offer a one month free trial. She responds quickly to messages and email, I’ve enjoyed working with Meg and will do it again once I start racing again!

  • Great fitness app… not just running

    I absolutely love Megs audio runs, there are both treadmill and outdoor audio options. The mobility exercises are a game changer. Thanks Meg!
