Experience two months in.
This rating would be higher; however, my wife and I have tried to contact someone at the company for two days now and left multiple messages and no one is contacting us regarding a time sensitive issue. We are asking for 5 minutes out of the day to ensure that our questions are promptly, and properly addressed so we can continue to outstanding tenants.
Two business days is plenty of time to deliever on such a simple request. We pay a lot of money to this company. The least that can be done is simple communication. I am disappointed to say the least.Show lessjoededdy
RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE
This company is absolute trash. I've rented from them for just over a month and they will not fix anything. The only reason my broken window (which was boarded up when I toured with the promise of it being fixed prior to move in - which it wasn't) was finally fixed was because the neighbors kept calling the city to complain. My other windows I can see outside they are so badly fitted won't be fixed. My basement door had water coming through on the first rain since I've been here, I called emergency maintenance since my basement was activly flooding and a. No one came out to help me b. no one even called! And the app is also trash.Show lessBoom Toom
Run away from this place
Terrible company takes forever to get responses. Who ever gives this more than 1 star is someone working for them. Don’t believe the five star ratings pure bull****. They want there money now but if you move expect to wait at least 30 days for response. Corporate companies are the worst. They don’t give a **** about you. Girlfriend had cancer and asked to move out a month early and they pretty much told me to **** off.Show lessDaHcXxX
