I dont know if this really helps
The concept is nice but if you download this app, it’s cause your addicted to your phone. The problem is if you want the phone to be blocked for real, you have to pay! Otherwise if you dont pay you can easily stop the blocking, which I do cause Im addicted !! Im a broke student but I need some sleep and time to study away from my phone, but this doesn’t really help 😭😅Show lessAna181815

Hi there! Thank you for the feedback. Note that one of the biggest benefits of Refocus is introducing friction: the act of having to open another app to unblock, makes it less-engaging to use your phone, which is guaranteed to reduce your screen time over the long run. So even if you keep unblocking the apps for 5 minutes, all the time, you will get benefits from using Refocus. In fact, that's how most people use it! You can also get Refocus Pro for free by referring friends!❤️
