Love how easy this app is to navigate! Thank you for making the shopping experience enjoyable! It was very refreshing after my last online experience with a different company.
But why…
I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience. The BÉIS app and these “timed deals” make shopping unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. I reached out for assistance while a promotion was still active, only to be met with rigid policies and no flexibility. Instead of rewarding loyal customers, these time-sensitive discounts and app-exclusive offers create confusion and a poor customer experience. Shopping should be enjoyable, not a source of stress and disappointment. This experience has definitely made me think twice about ordering from BÉIS again.

No Canada shipping even during black Friday?!
It’s black Friday, and app users enjoy 40% off. I am also a user, but from Canada, which is why I won’t be able to use the discount bc they won’t ship here. So unfair !!!
Large Luggage Cover
The Beis luggage covers are amazing! They look so sleek and protect my luggage from mark ups and scratches (which are so easily to get these days.) I just pop them in the wash after returning from my travels and they come out looking brand new.

I love their luggage and bags! Great quality and beautiful colors! They have thought of everything you will need for travel from just an overnight stay to several weeks away from home! I have several pieces and I highly recommend BÉIS! Their rewards program is also wonderful!

You were recommended to me by a family member whom usually has good taste in fashion/Jewelry so I thought I would check your site out and needless to say I was extremely happily surprised! I had been looking for a new bag to carry my art supplies/books easily from place to place and was very impressed with your Allport bag. I love the mini weekender as well. That will probably be my next Buy So just thought I would say thank you for making a very utilitarian bag that is extremely pretty as well.
