Great app.
Love this app, you can do all your banking in one place. We can see all our bank and loan accounts in one place it is easy to transfer between accounts and make deposits. Never have an issue with Y-12 great credit union all around!John’s bank review

I've been a Y12 customer for years and loved how easy it was to pay bills online. Now the new app makes so many UI mistakes that I have to retrain myself each time I go in and pay a bill. Open the app, go to "Easy Pay" then I have to click the Pay button to get a list of my billers, then type in some text to search the list, then I can enter the amount that needs to be paid. Then I hit the pay button again? Too many clicks and makes zero sense.Show less@benspradlin

This app does not work as well as the previous one that they had out.
Mobile transfers from other bank accounts won’t work properly for me, ever. The login never works, and I always have to change my password. Renewing my password does not work, it always states “this password has already been used.” When, in fact, it absolutely has not ever been used. The whole process makes dealing with the financial institution much more difficult. No point in the “convenience” of an app if it can’t carry out its purpose.
Maybe one day it will run properly, but until then I guess I’ll stick with calling in.Show lesslamelasagna
