Buggy
App is very buggy and very hard to log into. Bright speed customer support is almost non-existent
The old app was better
This new app is super slow and buggy, and added nothing of worth the other app didn’t have. Fix your app, fix your internet service, and fix your customer support team.
Waste of time
It just loads their website. This app doesn’t do anything useful. Had to log in three times before it would even let me use the “troubleshooter”.

You people can't even get the download right. It downloads and than doesn't install.
Not great
Been having them for a month and already have a major outage. Say on the phone for an hour waiting on customer service and never could get anyone on the line.
Very bad app
This app is trash ! It will not give access to the parent control ! So far they customer service don’t care ! Will cancel the service and switch to xinfijity!
Terrific upgrade to other providers
It’s like their competitors are bombing the app with negative reviews to hold on to their business. You don’t need customer service if everything works dependably. But when I had a request, CS was very good. And polite.

App doesn’t work. Have to use browser
I logged into the app and it shows my information, but no billing or payment information. I use a browser to login and am able to access all the details of payments and upcoming billing. This app really is useless.
Scamming
I made a payment on the July 2, 2024 due to my service being disconnected on June 13, 2024 and when I made the payment from the previous month when my service was disconnected here comes July 13, 2024 and they wanted me to make another payment when i made a payment before not giving the full 30 or 31 days in the month. When you contact customer service they give you a bad attitude rude won't let you speak to supervisor/ manager to get this resolved in a timely manner then they go to disconnect from the call
