Was there any testing done on this app?
I tried unsuccessfully to change my payment method through this app. There were so many bugs, but I finally had to give up and just sign into the website to do it. it’s surprising an app for a company this size would be released with so many remaining bugs.
Version 2.2 Yikes on bikes
I thought in might give the app a fair shake and play around with it. Only shake I want to give is the bobble head who developed this tech cluster.
Working on an iPhone 8+, the app seems to favor face login which is not supported (or wanted) in most scenarios. Oddly enough it doesn’t seem to want to do fingerprint ID which might be equal to the task.
Additionally the menu options seem to be in a forever “refreshing” status. God help you if you hit the plan button because that activates the circle of orange death.
I’m also flummoxed by the idea that there are 4 identical “Brightspeed” apps in the Apple Store, much with similar reviews and underwhelming experiences. Boooo! Pick a plot line.
If the overall goal of this App is to force users to call in for support vs rely on a reasonable self-service option. Mission Accomplished

Nothing but problems
First, I am a former Quantun Fiber customer, and Brightspeed has done a horrible job at assimilating former Quantum accounts into the Brightspeed realm. This app is awful. I can log into my account from the website just fine, but when I try to log in using the app, it makes you enter the username on the first page, then you press “next” which puts you on the password page … however, instead of capturing the username name on the first page it grabs the associated email address ( which may be different than the username) and the login will fail. In my case, my wife opened the account so her email is the username, but i want all the correspondence coming to me, so my email is the one associated with the account. You would think something like this would be tested before being put out on the market.

Nothing Works
Literally nothing works at all in this app. When logging none of my information is displayed and doesn’t display anything related to my network, shows that it is not connected which is not the case.
