Worst app ever
The app does not work at all. Won’t show balance every time you call for technical support they reroute you back to different people have to call in to make a payment.

I haven’t been able to login since switching over to fiber optic. Two customer support people were clueless.

I can’t even get past the first question to set up my account without it giving me an error.
App is garbage
The app barely works. Every time I log in it asks if it can take cookies off of the phone. And now it added an additional step to every log in. It continually asks if it can store my data. This is one of the worst app experiences I have ever had.
Slow and doesn’t work fully
My billing information shows correctly (of course it does) but the network tab keeps saying my WiFi is not connected even tho it is and I am currently using it.
App is so bad
Everytime you open iphone notification screen or open your password manay from the keyboard the app signs you out then need to start all over again.

As the title states…..this app and company is trash.

This app is a nightmare to go through. Their internet is NOT giving you what they say they are. The WiFi will also randomly go out… then good luck getting ahold of someone. Then with it out 1-3 days, no reimbursement. These guys are running a monopoly where I live and they could care less about feedback to make their programs any better. Absolutely disgusted with their level of greed.

Don’t get creative
The internet app works up until you switch over to fiber then they want you to use this app which never works. There’s no difference in the two apps so why try to be creative?
Garbage
New app is trash it constantly crashes and Face ID never works I’ll continue through Safari deleting both trash apps
