Amazing camera

This is my second camera from Netvue and I love them! I have an indoor and outdoor one and both have clear pictures, two way communication and more!

Disappointed

I have 7 Netvue cameras at my house and I even convinced my neighbors to get them. Unfortunately even with the updated Netvue app “Netvue next” it’s still problematic. It takes 30+ seconds to load the camera, it freezes all the time, and the battery/solar cameras randomly goes offline multiple times a day. Ive moved my modem, I added wifi extenders and I’m still having the same problems I was having before any of the changes. My neighbors cameras do the same thing. I’m over it. I just want something that works consistently. These do not

Oh yeah and on the solar powered cameras you can’t have continuous recording. It records for sometimes as short as 3 seconds then cuts off?! What a waste of time and money.

They need to figure out how to have a more reliable system wether it be the cameras, the app, or both.

Great upgrade!

This app is very reliable and easy to use. Connects easily to my devices.

Easy to use app with some cool extras.

Using this app as I have bought a Netvue camera. Controlling the camera and it’s settings are easy to use and intuitive. So much so I was able to get my 80+ year old dad to use it! There’s also a community section where you can view other members videos they shared which is nice to see.

Needs better timeline management

The motion event capture works pretty well, but you can only view one day at a time, which requires lots of clicks before you see if anything happened on that day or not.
A weekly timeline or event histogram would be take this app from minimally functional to actually useful.

Nice upgrade.

Been using the prior Netvue App which was just fine. I like the upgrades in this newer version. Nice thumbnails of action events across multiple cameras. Will continue to add thier cameras.

Rubbish

Why did you make the app so complicated for no reason? The UI is very confusing with way too many gestures.
This should only have your cameras on the front page and the motion detection pictures.
Why would I want to see that community page? That's completely useless.
And stop showing ads in the app!

Not perfect - but very good!

This app isn’t perfect, as few applications nowadays are. However, it runs quite well and accomplishes the goal of connecting to my Birdfy feeder and allowing me to view birds. The user interface is intuitive and easy to locate applicable settings. Also, the company is outstanding in receiving feedback and doing their best to implement enhancements as well. Good job!

Birdie failed

This my second one . The first one was a gift and had nothing but problems solar charger port broke off . The company was good at replacing it but then the camera failed. They were kind enough to send me a replacement feeder. This feeder has worked fine in the beginning now one of the wires connected to the camera frayed. We had to change our Wi-Fi network now the feeder camera won't connect. Tech support sent me guidelines to reset. I have reset 4 times. The last one took only to wake up next morning to find it not working again 😖not enjoyable anymore! About ready to toss it out.

me and my dad got the birdfy camera and we thought it was broken at first because whenever we got to the wi-fi part and submitted it, it would say “Unknown error” then it seemed like the whole app like “shut down” so we deleted the app then reinstalled it and we did all the steps again and it worked!

Fyi to any future buyers the ai bird identifier and other things that the box says you have to pay for!
