They make it so you almost can’t cancel. Cancelling in the app gives you repeated errors. Then, you can’t chat in to support bc that doesn’t work either. The screen goes blank. Then you have to find the contact form on their site, and days later they eventually reply. Trash.iphone54054

App errors out when I try to cancel. Get to website for support- can’t login bc I never chose a password. Hit forgot password? Password reset email never arrives.cannot cancel subscription via app
