Thank you for your patience and professionalism. I am not quite familiar with such technology because I am 72 years old, but I'm doing my best to catch up with it to stay in tune with my kids and grandkids. I am also aware there are plenty of traps an older person can fall into while browsing the Internet, and this may discourage someone like me from using it. Easy to use, interesting features
I love the fact it's not overwhelming unlike all the previous apps I've used before. The location changing thing is cool but you've got to use a computer for this, so could be tricky if you don't have a Mac computer. Otherwise, all is great.
Pricey but worth it
Was sceptical first but it seems a nice thing and worth the money. We bought a family subscription for 3, kids are protected as well.
Bad
I bought the 1 month subscription (apparently $11) for $22 on safari, then my account disappeared and I had to pay another $22 to make a new account without being refunded in the first place. I cannot afford spending this amount of money. Refund me NOW

Signed up through TikTok ad was made to pay 1 month subscription before downloading and happily took my money now straight after canβt get in without paying for it all over again and re-signing up DO NOT RECOMMEND

Would really appreciate if you also made a free version of the app. LEt there be ads or whatever, but it might be a gamechanger, guys.
