Easy to use with maximum results

Love the ease of use. The videos are super helpful, and the workouts are effectively challenging to provide maximum results.

Great program and app

I love this app…..I am older, my kids are in college…finding Deliciously Fit has been amazing! The only thing I’ve noticed (because I’m a bit older) is that some of the exercises I need more modification and often am not sure how so even if you do put it in the video a modification library to show people how to start and then progress through a modification process into the unmodified movement is something no one has. An example for me is I dislocated both of my knees in the 80s lunges hurt a goal is to be able to do them knowing how to modify to get there would be helpful more than just holding onto something for balance….beyond that the videos are a great length, they are easy to follow…although I did order the bands and the ones with got are different than the ones she use. I really like that she tells you how to breath and have noticed a change because of that.

Great fitness resource!

I followed Andrea on instagram for a while and was always intrigued with her content. I wanted to purchase her guides but never did. When she launched her app, I finally decided to stop riding the fence and take charge of my fitness. The app is more than just a workout space. There are educational resources and information throughout the app. I had used the app for a few months now and still haven't listened to or used it to its fullest extent. The workouts really push me. I enjoy that each workout feels different and has multiple variations. In the past, I have done group fitness classes or followed along with videos of instructors. The app format was different from what I was used to but I do enjoy that I get in all the reps at my own pace. some of the workouts take a bit longer than the listed time frame for me to complete. I am excited to hear that 20 minute workouts will be added to the app soon. I really love the knowledge that comes from this app. I enjoy the workouts and love doing moves that I have never done before in other workout settings.

Love, Love, Love!!!

I am absolutely loving this app. I begin working with Andrea while this app was still in progress. The launch of the app was smooth and has been handled with grace as many glitches have been addressed and fixed through the updates. I have done many programs in the past and I’ve stuck with this one the longest, 18weeks, because it is so easy and enjoyable to use. One thing that would make the process a little bit easier would be a way to track the weight progression as you move from week to week.

Best workout app!

I have tried so many different workout programs and apps and this one has by far been my favorite. I love that there are a few different options for workouts depending on what you are looking for and the workouts are so easy to follow along with. I love that there is a video for each move of a workout so you can see exactly what it should look like as long as verbal cues for it. It’s helped my core out so much being able to hear when I should be inhaling and exhaling. It’s so easy to navigate and I’ve been able to stay consistent with my workouts for the first time in years!

Don’t sleep on this great workout app!!

I just finished about a 14 week cycle of nutrition coaching with Andrea and her team as an alumni member. The first time I did nutrition coaching only and was using random workouts, not following any particular plan. This time around, I was a beta tester for Andrea's new Make Fit Simple app and got through the Strength and Sculpt program once and that was about the time the app launched to everyone, so I decided to pair it with nutrition coaching again. I honestly feel as though the combination of these two things really boosted my progress. I saw results previously with nutrition only along with my own workout routine, but her Strength and Sculpt program has been the best strength program I have ever done. I just finished my 2nd round and am feeling stronger than ever. I was reversing most of the time I was going through the nutrition coaching and am now starting to cut. Can't wait to see what results I'll get by continuing on and trying strength and sculpt 2.0! It is a slow process and you have to be patient, but the results are worth it! Love all things these ladies have to offer!!

Gift to myself!

Here's the thing- I'm a personal trainer and normally just design my own workout programs. But after my third child was born I had no extra energy (or brain space) to spare! I came across Andrea on Instagram and loved her content, so I decided to give the app a try. I'm so glad I did! Her workouts are tough but scalable, and they are CREATIVE! It's not just the same stuff over and over again, which is pretty common in workout apps. The programming is thoughtful and so well done, and it keeps moms in mind. I love the deep core work included! Their team is SUPER receptive to feedback, there is lots of other amazing content, and I know there are more amazing things to come! I'm 4 months postpartum and 1.5 programs in... this app has made it feel manageable for me to get back into a fitness routine and build back my strength, and I'm so grateful for it!

One stop shop for all things health & fitness!

As a busy mom with 3 young kids, I was struggling with the redundancy of making my own workouts. The app has taken ALL the stress of planning out of my days and has brought the joy back into lifting—I just show up and follow the plan. I just finished the 12 week Strength & Sculpt and am ready to start into the 2.0. The demonstration videos make it simple to learn how to do a new exercise. I’m an experienced weight lifter and I would recommend this app to everyone. I’ve got stronger, more toned and I especially like the deep core cues and awareness in all the workouts. The recipes and educational resources are just above and beyond. Thank you!!

Make It Simple..Couldn’t be a truer statement!

The app Andrea has created is AMAZING!!! The variety of workouts to choose from, recipes to try, educational information and resource videos to watch from various medical and industry professionals is impressive.

This app isn’t just about exercises but encompasses all Andrea advocates which is women’s health and fitness.

The response time from her team to add ideas from suggestions or to fix any technical issues was lightening fast and very supportive.

I love that the exercises build on one another and the “why” behind the program is clearly explained.

From a Canadian supporter who feels it’s well worth the exchange rate investment this app has been a game changer!

Empowered to get fit!

I love using this app. Workouts are designed with someone like me in mind - a busy mom of three who struggles to prioritize her health over the needs of her family. Andrea gets it. She’s right in the thick of it too. The videos teach me how to do the moves with correct form and modifications when I need it. I’m doing the 12 week strength program and I can see the results after just a few weeks. My core is stronger and I’m having less back pain in my everyday life. That alone is motivation to keep showing up and doing the work.
