    It’s rare that I write a review for an app but this one is hands down my favorite fitness app. The workouts aren’t boring and redundant (like so many other apps). The nutrition recipes are delicious and I’ve actually noticed a difference in my body composition. The workouts are FUN but not insane. Totally doable but just challenging enough to keep me interested. I’ve already sent this to so many mom friends (even grandmas who had kids 40+ years ago). I’ve done these workouts all throughout my pregnancy as well and feel great!
  • Exceptional!

    This app makes my workouts not only easy to navigate but challenging for my body. I love the dynamic movement combinations and the ease of equipment needed. I began with a free trial and very quickly knew I needed it much much longer. If your looking for an app for women that really gives you the guidance you’ve been seeking then here it is! If I could give it 100 stars I would have! Give it a try yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

  • Effective and accessible!

    I have a common excuse for not working out- time! This app makes it so I can’t have any excuses! The workouts are really effective and not a huge time commitment (around 30 min). There are different options depending on your goals which is nice. So you have a “personalized” program. In the beginning, I found it hard to stay motivated because the it really is just one exercise after another but found that if I used the app on my phone while playing my own music- I wound up loving the flexibility of the workouts. They’re challenging but not so hard that you can’t do them. They just are challenging enough to work!
  • Easy to use!

    I was previously using Andrea’s Trainerize platform, and can confidently say this is way better! I like that you can switch between programs and that I don't need to be the one to come up with exercise ideas! I personally have not explored the nutrition section of the app much- I did nutrition coaching with Andrea a year ago and have been in a good maintenance mode since then! I’m stronger (at lifting) and faster (at running) than ever before, too! Definitely worth the purchase! - Pratha Katti
  • User friendly

    There are a variety of workout plans tailored to you fitness needs. The workouts have verbal and visual instruction and explained in terms that are easy to understand. I like the nutritional tabs and how the recipes are separated by type of meal and use every day ingredients that are easy to find in a grocery store. I have been pleased with this app and have recommended it to my friends and family.
  • People are starting to notice!!

    I’ve been using the app consistently for a couple months now and my friends and family are starting to notice! I had to go buy new jeans because my other ones were getting too big! I love the combination of weights and cardio. I’m 47 years old and my body is finally letting go of that perimenopausal weight. I love how she explains things, I actually look forward to my workouts. My 18 year old daughter has even started working out with me. Best app I have!!
  • Highly recommend- a solid app for your daily workouts

    I have been following Andrea for a couple years now. I started by listening to her podcast, then followed her on Instagram and did some of the workouts she’d suggest, and was super excited for her new app. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I am on week 6 of using it and I truly use it multiple times a week for all of my at home workout days. I love the methods and most importantly the variety of things you’ll do so you don’t get bored. Her cues are really great and I love that all the workouts end with core work/breathing. The app also has great recipes and other helpful information I have no doubt you’ll love!
  • My favorite workout app!

    I’ve tried a lot of different workouts and workout apps, but this one tops them! Very affordable with so much to offer! Love having the recipes to try to get in enough protein. And the workouts are awesome! I love feeling stronger and getting toned! Andrea does a wonderful job explaining each move too. It helps keep my form in check as I’m doing each exercise. I would definitely recommend this app (and have!) to friends and family!
  • Wonderful!!

    I have always attempted to keep being active as a part of my life. I’ve worked out in work out classes, have used beachbody, SWEAT app, and a couple of others in between. I truly love this app. It’s helped me be the most consistent with workouts than I have been in about 5 years. I love that you have the flexibility to push yourself with heavy weights, I love the length of the workouts, intensity, and I also love that you can add notes to track your progress. One of my favorite features is it tells you how many workouts you’ve completed totally, it tells you the percentage that you have completed in the work out program (usually 12 weeks), and it has victory goals (25 work outs, 50 work outs, etc.). I have enjoyed the ease of the app and have had great interactions with the make fit simple team. I enjoy the educational videos that have mindset, pregnancy, postpartum, body mobility for injuries or potential injuries, core, hormones, sleep, and many more. I love that they’re only a few minutes long. Truly a great work out app. :)
  • Love this app

    I have been using this app for a few months. I love how easy it is to select a program and follow the plan. The app keeps track of workouts I’ve completed so I can pick up on the next work out next time. The descriptions are clear so I can choose the right work out or workout path for where I am and what I need. The app also contains a variety of additional resources including nutrition, core instruction, and warm ups and cool downs. This app has really streamlined my at home workouts and I know that these workouts are put together with great care and attention to the needs of busy moms. Thank you!
