Love this app!!

I love this app!!! Having the convenience to do it at home, gym,or traveling is amazing. I struggled getting motivated on my own to do weights and with Andrea’s app it takes the guess work out of it for me and gives me a plan. I’m motivated to get up in the morning to start my day with this app. The explanation and visual is like having Andrea as my own personal trainer at home. I’ve been so impressed. I now think it is time for me to do her nutrition coaching. Thank you!!!! For such a great app. I LOVE IT!!!!

I’m succeeding!!

I’ve been using the app for about 8 weeks and I love how Andrea has designed it to be simple and straightforward. But don’t let that fool you. You can and will be definitely challenged. Each week build upon itself and you can work as hard as you are capable. The video and all the verbal cues for each exercise are invaluable and really allow you to correct your form and follow along. Great job and thankful to have found you.

Amazing Fitness App!

For the record… I am 47 years old and had children and I have used several fitness apps. As a personal trainer I am picky but some days just need someone to tell me what to do so I don’t have to think 🤣…. I also appreciate that Andrea has had children and understands how much that changes your body! The Strength and Sculpt workouts have been amazing! I am in week 7 of this programming and absolutely love the way Andrea explains the correct form to be successful in each move. The app is so easy to navigate. If you ever have something funky they respond within 24 hours and fix things! So worth the annual fee! A gym membership with zero direction/help is $240 a year. Ridiculous! Get this app and get the annual subscription you will not regret it!

Great workout app

I have so enjoyed using this app to guide my strength workouts. I really appreciate how Andrea teaches breath work with each move. I really had not learned the importance of that before and I can tell it has helped with my core strength. Being guided through the strength programs each week helps take out the guesswork of what I should work on during the week. I have also enjoyed the recipes and additional educational resources the app provides. It is updated frequently with new content and app improvements. Download this app! It’s rare that I write a review for an app but this one is hands down my favorite fitness app. The workouts aren’t boring and redundant (like so many other apps). The nutrition recipes are delicious and I’ve actually noticed a difference in my body composition. The workouts are FUN but not insane. Totally doable but just challenging enough to keep me interested. I’ve already sent this to so many mom friends (even grandmas who had kids 40+ years ago). I’ve done these workouts all throughout my pregnancy as well and feel great!

Exceptional!

This app makes my workouts not only easy to navigate but challenging for my body. I love the dynamic movement combinations and the ease of equipment needed. I began with a free trial and very quickly knew I needed it much much longer. If your looking for an app for women that really gives you the guidance you’ve been seeking then here it is! If I could give it 100 stars I would have! Give it a try yourself. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome training and fitness

I like the layout and design on the app, it’s definitely created with the user in mind. The workout are challenging and I’ve seen a change in my body composition- I just completed the 12 week interval program and looking back at week 1, I can’t believe the progress and improvement I see in my abilities and stamina.
Exercises are clearly explained in videos. Progress is good, not too fast and consistent in challenging the user. Some workout are long and very hard but I’ve finished them!💪

Effective and accessible!

I have a common excuse for not working out- time! This app makes it so I can’t have any excuses! The workouts are really effective and not a huge time commitment (around 30 min). There are different options depending on your goals which is nice. So you have a “personalized” program. In the beginning, I found it hard to stay motivated because the it really is just one exercise after another but found that if I used the app on my phone while playing my own music- I wound up loving the flexibility of the workouts. They’re challenging but not so hard that you can’t do them. They just are challenging enough to work!

Great App and Workout Programs

Make Fit Simple has been a great workout app/ program for me PP. I enjoy not having to create my own workouts and that it’s all there. The workouts are challenging but not to hard that you don’t want to do them. I have noticed my body getting stronger and leaner over the last few weeks! All the moves are carefully and thoughtfully explained to help guide you as you do each exercise. I enjoy that I don’t need a lot of space and only a few weights to do each workout. This app has been amazing for me in so many different ways! Can’t wait to see more things get added/ new workout programs!

Easy to use!

I was previously using Andrea’s Trainerize platform, and can confidently say this is way better! I like that you can switch between programs and that I don't need to be the one to come up with exercise ideas! I personally have not explored the nutrition section of the app much- I did nutrition coaching with Andrea a year ago and have been in a good maintenance mode since then! I’m stronger (at lifting) and faster (at running) than ever before, too! Definitely worth the purchase! - Pratha Katti
