    This app gives you so many different workouts to choose from it’s crazy! I can use it to lift at the gym with weights or I can pick workouts to do without weights while on vacation. Love having the option to watch the demonstrations on lifts to make sure my form is correct. And last but not least, the customer service goes above and beyond to help when you have questions.
  • Great app

    This app and program are great! I have done the program through the previous app and this one is much more user-friendly easier to follow and overall just better. Lots of great options for different program types depending on what you were looking for as well as different time variables anywhere from 20 to 45 minutes to complete which is nice depending on what you have going on in your life. Gives you good modifications depending on your skill level and or if you have any injuries to be able to safely complete the workouts. Would definitely recommend this program to anybody looking to begin a lifestyle change!

    There’s so much to love about this app. I’m working my way through the “strength and sculpt” program and I am definitely seeing results and feeling much stronger! I love that there are programs for any level and any season of life. I love that workouts aren’t repeated and I’m not bored with them. The videos and sound cues are incredibly helpful! I’ve used various other apps and programs throughout the years and this is by far my favorite ❤️
  • Great variety of workouts!

    I’ve been using this app for a few months and really love the Strength and Sculpt program as well as the Ignite Intervals. Andrea has really developed workouts for someone busy who needs the most bang for their buck! Most workouts last around 35-45 minutes which I can do at home with minimal equipment.

    There are also over 100 recipes that include macro breakdown which is so helpful!

    Taking the guess work out of my workouts and having a specific plan has been wonderful. Whether doing the workouts at home or at the gym, I know I can follow along easily and listen to Andrea’s instructions or music and get it done. Highly recommend.

    I absolutely LOVE this app. It provides so many different programs that you can choose from to fit your needs which is great so that my husband and I can pick one and workout together. I love all of the different resources such as recipes, warm ups, and cool downs. I have followed Andrea for years and she definitely did not disappoint with this app! It has everything you need and the workouts are easy to follow along with video and voice explanations! No need to constantly go back and forth to press play/pause! Get this app! Her workouts are so good and have you feeling great after day one!

    I love this app! So easy to follow and I look forward to using it every day. I’ve done the beginner strength course and have started the strength and sculpt and I’m shocked at how much my body has changed in such a short amount of time. The best part is that I can jump on the trampoline again with my boys and not leak! 🙌😂

  • Best Workout Ever

    This app has opened my eyes to whole new level of working out and soreness! It’s so good. Literally, so good. I’ve worked out using other apps for years, used a variation of weights, exercise balls, bands, slides, all of it. I’m fairly familiar with the moves necessary to target certain body parts. The way Andrea designed the program that I am currently utilizing has to be one the most challenging and rewarding programs I have ever used. I feel the work from the inside out every day! The option to progress through the workout gives you the ability to get through it as quickly or slowly as you need, without any extra commentary. Each video walks you through posture, form, and breathing. It’s a truly fantastic app! I highly recommend giving it a try!

    If you’re a woman and want a simple, straightforward workout plan that is designed for the female body, this is the app for you. It’s like having a personal trainer in your home. You don’t need much equipment, and the workouts are not long, and she explains every move with both video and voice over making this almost fool proof. If you love the gym, take your phone with you and do the workouts there.
    Even as a menopausal woman who just turned 50, who has had 5 babies and 4 c-sections and has had a very weak core for many years, I am gaining muscle and strength including my core, and also increasing my metabolism by following the strength program, almost all done at home in my fmaiky room with very simple equipment.
    I’ve tried lots of different workout apps through the years and this is probably my favorite one. I HIGHLY recommend trying this app out.
  • Six weeks in…..more than I expected

    Andrea has put her heart and soul into this! This is not your standard workout app……so much more! Andrea gives precise form queues paired with breath to get the most out of the workout. There are different workouts for all ability levels and goals (strength, intervals, body weight and female specific postpartum). and she doesn’t stop there. She continues the education throughout your day with resources and recipes. I highly encourage anyone who is interested to give it a try. The best app I’ve found that encompasses everything!
