If your organisation has referred you to the Thrive app, please contact your HR or Mental Health & Wellbeing representative for your unique access code. If you have been referred to us externally, please email us at help@thrive.uk.com and our Customer Success team will be in touch with you shortly to provide further assistance.Forces you to share personal data
Downloaded this, very first thing it makes you do, before even deciding if you like the app is share your personal contact details.

Thank you for your review, and we are sorry for your experience with the Thrive app. Unfortunately, we are not sure which personal data you are referring to. Within the app, you need to log in with the access code given to your organisation, and your email address. We have no way of knowing your name, gender, location or age - the only thing we know is where you work based on the code provided. Our app is designed to be as anonymous as possible, adhering to strict guidelines on privacy and confidentiality. Please could you email us at help@thrive.uk.com so we can further understand the information you are being asked to provide, and help you along your journey to better mental health support.So far so good
Only just started using this but yes it’s ok and I like the different things you can do on there to see how you are feeling etc. you are also in control to. And you can message away and no judgment. Very helpful.
