I love how easy to use this app is for everything self help related. If I was having a good or difficult day, it was easy to find a related meditation. I also loved the motivational talks when I was in the car on a long drive. Each one had a transcript so if I had to switch to reading, it was an easy transition! There is a ton of content and Gabby can help you no matter where you are in life.

I’d love Gabby content with the frequency of the Calm App of daily drops which I also thinks serves you to convert trial customers and helps people make a habit. At the current content level I don’t see people continuing beyond 6 months or some even through the week trial but the tweak of daily drops of a coaching, meditation and journal theme would be a game changer.

So, yes I was suspicious but curious and I am so glad I gave it a try. Immediately, I liked the the app guided me to affirmations, meditations and journaling without me having to look in multiple places for those resources. Who has time for that? The app only asks for me to ‘show up’ and trust it and the magic happens: mind relaxes, thoughts become clearer and the day goes in. I like my daily mindful life coach!

I’m loving this app because it’s like having an instant therapist whenever I’m feeling the need for encouragement and guidance. I love Gabby’s podcast as well, but having the app there’s no commercials and I really am enjoying that.
When she switched from a very interactive dashboard to this app, I lost interest. It doesn't engage as well and it feels like I have less access to the things I paid for. Got a lot out of her Manifest challene in the New Year...and enjoy her in general. But this made me cancel my membership. Too many other things out there that work better. Sorry Gabs!

We look forward to continuously enhancing your app experience!I’ve been a fan for years and was super excited about the app and super excited about the content I saw on it. Unfortunately the app is still super buggy for the price point. When playing meditations, if you lock your screen or close the app the meditation will end and you can’t go back to the place you left off. Or, if you leave the app open and put your phone down the screen locks automatically and it stops playing. Essentially making it impossible to keep the meditation playing longer than 20 seconds.
I hope they get these bugs fixed so the app is useable in the way it’s intended or until it’s working better, lower the price or make it an optional weekly/monthly subscription instead of only 6 months or 1 year.
