W-Park didn’t work on exit. The guy on the help button let me out so I assumed he’d charged my card as he asked for my car registration plate. However…… The app STILL thinks I’m in the car park and I’m writing this from my bed 4 miles away!!! No contact number on the app and as someone else said there is no response to my emails, the charges are still going up because we are dealing with robots!!!!! I’m panicking because if I try to enter again next week the amount will probably be past £100 by then. It is up to £32 so far for a one day stay. I have no way of stopping the charges climbing!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Go back to smart parking, I’ve used that for years with no problems at all!!!!! Just watch yourself if you are using the apps to park.
