Stop forcing me to enable notifications
I don’t want to give the notification permission to this app. Why are you forcing me to open the settings app on every other launch? I’m pretty sure this is against Apple guidelines.applejuice9

W-Park didn’t work on exit. The guy on the help button let me out so I assumed he’d charged my card as he asked for my car registration plate. However…… The app STILL thinks I’m in the car park and I’m writing this from my bed 4 miles away!!! No contact number on the app and as someone else said there is no response to my emails, the charges are still going up because we are dealing with robots!!!!! I’m panicking because if I try to enter again next week the amount will probably be past £100 by then. It is up to £32 so far for a one day stay. I have no way of stopping the charges climbing!!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Go back to smart parking, I’ve used that for years with no problems at all!!!!! Just watch yourself if you are using the apps to park.Show lessJojoblondilix
Well this is a hot mess of an app
Dumped me not the web and asked me to sign up form smart parking again. Ignored the prompt and discovered that all my prior smart parking data is still there … so why am I sign up for again?Jonnyp42
Not fit for purpose
I only wanted to use the app for smart parking and it does not do what it's suppose to. Smart parking stopped working out of the blue and it's so difficult to manage on the app and on the website because it won't work. App will ask to sign into smart parking account by taking you to the website and when you do so it will not then log me in on the app.Show lessNivusmkn
Smart Parking - a Rabbit Warren of an app
I’ve been parking and shopping at Westfield Shepherds Bush for over 10 years. I registered my cars with them and it used to charge my credit card as I arrived at the car park barrier. It worked a treat. But then a couple of months ago I found that I had to use my credit card at the barrier and I was worried that I would be paying twice to park.
So I went to the website only to discover that I have to download a Westfield app to my phone to enable “Smart Parking”. Ok. So I download this stupid intrusive app which invites me to activate “Smart Parking” and sends me off to the Westfield app to log into.
What’s that about? I’m just going around in circles and I’m as sure as heck that I’m not interested in joining some form of community on the app? What’s that rubbish for?

It’s ok but has some bugs
When searching for the movie theater, that I know is there, location in the app the app crashes.

Map useless for finding where a store or restaurant is located in the mall. At least should give a section number or area. Ok for parking but not finding a particular store.77Maya77
Useless app
Almost nothing works. It is able to launch, and that's it. When you open the app and search for a shop, it can't build a route to that shop and doesn't even show it on the map.
It doesn't show your location on the map either.
The navigation in Westfield shopping centres is incredibly confusing, so I'd expect a Westfield app to put some effort into solving this problem. But so far installing this app is a waste of network data.Show lessAppSupApp
One of the worst apps out there
How on earth did this get passed developer testing and release to production processes I’ll never know. The app is supposed to allow you to use smart parking but not only does it take you out of the app and into web browser, but when you do manage to break the cycle is doesn’t allow you to add you vehicle registration.
What’s the point of the app if it doesn’t work. Developer, you should be deeply embarrassed. !! Uninstalled.Show lessAPOV
Where’s the automatic parking pay function?
I swear that was the only good thing about this app. The ability to drive in and out and have it automatically deduct the payment from your credit card. Now it’s gone. Stupid!! Bring that functionality back!Geraldine15156
