Crashed 4x in 5 min; useless map
Most ridiculous “visit” app I’ve used. The map has no search function that I can see and crashes if you tap a store. Haven’t yet found the “itinerary” function.pkstill
Can not add vehicle.
Old app worked fine, used it for years for smart parking etc. downloaded this new version and tried to add my new car and comes up with registration error! Why o Why, something so simple.Ash110786

When the app launched it was brilliant. Made me excited to go to the mall. Now it barely works. Pulling into the parking lot is now fraught with anxiety. Will it work? And every time I launch the app, it says, download the new update and sends to the App Store where I discover… I already have the current version.Show lessJDavid28
Truly unusable app
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used in a while. Logging in seems to involve multiple loops out to browser, back to app and with no avail. Took me about 10 minutes to find a way to log in that actually worked.
Beyond that it’s just riddled with usability issues (crashes when trying to scan a credit card, refuses to accept a postcode when there is a space- seriously??)
I would be thoroughly embarrassed of this app if I worked for WestfieldShow lessSpicemoon
Info fails to load, keeps crashing
The offers information completely fails to load.
The app is unstable and crashes a lot.

Poor design
The app is really difficult to navigate. Particularly so when trying to update a bank card. The scanning app doesn’t recognise the card of our very ‘mainstream bank’. It’s a shame as the parking with automatic payment is a good idea. The service should really be better for the cost of the parking.Kate 1#
No Apple Pay?
Feels weird to not be able to use Apple Pay for smart parking. Also, the smart parking isn’t working greatdizzyidiot
How useless
I’ve been to Westfield a few times - it’s sort of convenient to have lots of shops in one place, but they are a maze and finding what’s where is painful. So when taking my family to a Bouldering session (available in Westfield ) but unsure which entrance to use when it was pouring rain, I figured - gray there’s an app - that’s sure to tel me right? NOOOO of course it doesn’t! There’s is a map, but can you search it? Of course not. What a waste!!! What’s the point of the app in fact? Worth mentioning that even in the mall - their big search kiosks still got the location wrong too… so frustratingShow less365nice
Used to be a good app
This new app is horrible in comparison. Used to be a good app to navigate the mall with. But now has been replaced by what seems to be unintuitive bloatware.b4n3
